No problems assembling them. The bars are sturdy, and rigid. The locks work well. The trick to the instructions is "right-side" "left-side" (FR, FL, RR, RL). The right/left from facing the vehicle or passenger seat? The bars also have the matching indicators, but also include and arrow "Front Of Vehicle". So get them matched and dry-fit and it will be clear which way they go. ... show more

I am the owner of a 2021 Highlander xse. I first purchased a roof rack off eBay that did not hold up during installation. Went on Amazon to look for a replacement. Read many reviews and decided on this particular one. Purchased and product arrived within a few days. Upon opening the box I found that it was packaged very well. All pieces were included.
