In addition to agreeing with all the other positive reviews (say setup, sturdy, wide wooden slats), here is the extra bit of info that I needed, and passing along: YES! This is also a SMALL Shipping box that 1 person can carry and fit into just the passenger seat of a car (ie, no need for a long vehicle to get this “package”, and easy to get thru your room door). See pics of box next to shoes for perspective (and box measurements are approximately 43x8x10). I didn’t bother including pics of the finished bed frame, as there’s several in the other reviews already. Side note: Frame itself is super easy to setup. And….. IF you want to attach a headboard, buy “headboard modification plate adapter kit ($10-15 plus long screws). Worked great. ... show more

Easy easy to put together, sturdy with a memory foam 14 inch. It is a little bit taller than I would like only by one or 2 inches though. But that did not deter me, cause I bought another one for my guest bed

I wanted sturdy but not as heavy as all steel can be -- so the wooden slats were perfect. I wanted edges flush with the slats so that my slightly larger than typical queen mattress would go over the edges. Maybe that also means that the mattress moves around a little, but I built my own foam mattress and it's slightly larger than a typical queen. Finally, the price and ease of assembly were excellent. I noticed some noise so I found where it was coming from and I went to tighten and the bolts must be low quality it just completely stripped them and now I’m kinda stuck with this I can’t even get them apart

Easy assembly, one person can install but would be much easier with two. All holes lined up well and came with spare screws. Wish headboard lined up for king as well as queen headboard. Needed adapter kit.
