I’ve been using this product for two days. I followed the instructions to brush for two minutes with each application. This morning I woke up with a red sore gum below one tooth. I don’t know if it’s from the chemical in the product, or just brushing twice as long every time. I will wait several days and probably try it again.

I don't taste anything but my toothpaste. I've been using this for a couple weeks now-twice a day. I drink coffee- at least 3-4 cups a day. I must say I really do see a difference . I will buy again .

Put a dab on the toothbrush with toothpaste and brush for about 2 minutes. My husband and I noticed a difference in a few days. Great product.
