    • Honestly, just get it!
Size: Pro Version Color: Black Gray
I’ve been using this keyboard for schoolwork and gaming and I’m honestly really happy with it for the price. I wanted something smaller because my old full-size keyboard took up half my desk, and the 60% layout gives me way more room for my mouse, notebooks, and all the random stuff that somehow ends up on my desk lol. The keys have a really satisfying mechanical feel without feeling cheap or mushy. I type a lot for classes, and after getting used to the smaller layout I can type papers on it comfortably. The RGB is also much nicer in person than I expected. It’s bright enough to look cute at night without being obnoxious. One small thing I’d mention is that if you’re coming from a full-size keyboard, definitely give yourself a few days to adjust to not having dedicated arrow/function keys. I kept reaching for keys that weren’t there at first 😭 but now I barely notice. Also, I have pets, so hair inevitably finds its way onto EVERYTHING I own, and this has been surprisingly easy to keep clean. I can quickly brush between the keys without having to take the whole keyboard apart. My boyfriend has used it a few times too and actually likes the compact size enough that he’s been talking about getting one for his setup. It’s not some super expensive enthusiast keyboard, and I wouldn’t pretend it is, but that’s kind of why I like it. For a reasonably priced little mechanical keyboard that looks good, feels good to type/game on, and doesn’t eat up your entire desk, I think it’s a really solid buy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... show more

    • super nice keyboard for the price!

I love this keyboard. The noise of the keys sound stocky which is what i wanted, not too loud and still a nice sound! The quality is way nicer than previous gaming keyboard i’ve had and the look is nicer too. Super nice keyboard for the price and the pink one was the cheapest one. I keep it plugged in to my laptop so the battery life is constant for me. Comes with a strap to carry it which i know some people like. ... show more

    • Great Entry HE Keyboard
Size: Pro Version Color: Black Gray
I love the tactile feel of a good mechanical keyboard. In fact, a couple years ago I fell down the rabbit hole of building my ideal feel keyboard (switches, caps, etc). I never thought I'd be interested in a hall effect keyboard. Honestly, having spent as much time and money as I did on the mechanical, the idea of jumping into another project like that felt unreasonable. When this AULA board went on sale, though, it was a really good deal. For the sale price it was a bit of a steal and I get to see what this hall effect business is all about. Having never owned a 60% keyboard, I wasn't sure what to expect, but since I only planned to use this for gaming (mostly FPS games) I'm not losing too much. I keep both keyboards plugged in and am able to utilize the keypad after a fashion. Build-wise the AULA feels very sturdy, even with the plastic case. I've seen upgrades to aluminum cases - but that feels a bit unnecessary. The switches feel... ok I guess? I'm not sure what they're supposed to feel like. They most definitely do not feel like the Kailh Box White V2s I use on my mechanical keyboard. This will take some more research. The browser based software was really easy to use and set up. This was the game changer for me - what you really buy a hall effect keyboard for I guess. Movement in CS2 felt much smoother once I got my sensitivities dialed in. Typing still feels off, but for just playing games it's nice. The sound is a bit muted and hollow. I think upgrading the keycaps and reevaluating the foaming will probably help with this. In the little research I've done on this particular keyboard, it seems that it's built much like the Wooting 60% HE and can take advantage of the accessories/modifications available for that model. I'm not 100% on that, though. TL:DR - great value (honestly, even at full price - but the sales are great if you can get it), built well, nice entry model for a hall effect first timer. ... show more

The sound is a little better in real life and it has a better sound than my hyperx keyboard. My 1. Was performance and 2. Was sound so i’m really happy. I havent tried ir yet but it will probably be good. Tho the colour is a little diffrent in real life its more of a dusty hot pink(darker).
