Seizing far too big, L fits like triple XL

The material feels nice and soft, the sizing is totally off. I ordered a large, usually Large and XL fit me well. This L jacket fits like a triple XL. Its too big, I cannot wear it. Also sending it back from my location in Jamaica doesn't make sense, I will end up giving it away.
