I have several of these in different colors. These are my and my dog's favorite collars. It is thick and sturdy as well as stylish. It has a sturdy metal hasp as well as strong velcro to hold it in place. The stitching holds up well. It is very well constructed and, apparently, very comfortable. I have found that they cleanup well. I like these so much that while I am out of the country, I have them shipped to a US address and held for me. My dog and I are pleased.

First off ignore the reviews who had their dogs chew the collar, that is an absurd way to rate the durability of this collar. Any collar can be compromised if you let the dog use it as a chewy toy. Obviously they didn't have the collar sized right if the dog could get to it or remove it and then chew it in pieces. This collar has a legit metal to metal connection, its a nice thick and wide piece of webbing which is all well made. The key is to make sure you get the right size range for your dogs neck. I replaced a KONG collar that had a metal buckle and plastic clip that when enough pressure was applied would come undone and your dog would be loose. I can actually pull on the KONG and it comes apart without much force. This tactical connection is extremely secure, unlike the more expensive KONG collar. For the price you can not beat this collar. Its a good sturdy collar but the velcro tabs that hold down the handle dont hold anymore and I have only had it for a couple of weeks. They just stick up so I'm going to have to cut them off. looks dumb

I ordered the pink collar for my large German Shepherd, and I’m honestly impressed! At first, I was a little skeptical about buying an $11 collar, but it turned out to be a great purchase. The color isn’t an exact match to the picture, but it’s close enough and still looks great. The fit is excellent, and I really like that it’s Velcro adjustable; it makes getting it on and off so much easier. The built-in control handle is a game changer, especially since my dog doesn’t always want to wait. It feels sturdy and secure in my hand, not flimsy or sketchy at all. Even with her strong pulling, the collar is comfortable for her and gives me the control I need. Overall, this collar is absolutely worth the money, and I’ll definitely be ordering another one in a different color!

First the good: 1. I love the American flag on the collar. 2. The collar itself feels substantial and withstands daily use. Good material. 3. It has kept its color despite several trips through the wash. 4. The handle is nice for extra positive control in close quarters. 5. The buckle is strong even though it has gotten a little scratched over time. Now the bad: 1. The Velcro around the collar’s handle is unsubstantial. It wasn’t very useful at holding the handle down when it was brand new, but it’s especially useless now that it’s well-worn. All the materials on this collar seem to be top-notch except the Velcro for the handle. 2. The Velcro American flag is wearing a little faster than I’d like. Other than that, it’s a pretty good collar for the price.
