I bought the embroidery floss for the quilts I will be making. I plan and hope to do so, stich around the hem of the blocks and perhaps even on some parts of the quilt paintings. I am cutting the white blocks, put carbon paper on top of a cut sheet of white material and then place a coloring book page and trace it onto the material. Then, I had paint the material of the quilt. I have baby animals, unicorns, kittens, dinos, and much more that I am making for 16 gifts, so a lot of work and will need a lot of thread. Right now, I can't do much as I have injured my back and the cancer has caused me to have the shakes, so my hands aren't able to do the paining and I have six finished and around 10 that have some traced and same with some parts of the patterns painted; but have many more to work on. Will be having surgery on shoulder, see what is wrong with my back and meds to help to keep me from shaking on hands, which makes it hard to paint and sew. SIGN! ! ! So not much to give on floss, beautiful colors, seems to do a good job in the few I have done in some of them and have had to relearn how to sew, LOL. But, I am not giving up on doing them, I will get them done. ... show more

Came in a nice package reusable and refillable I love that the lid can pop off and sit under the threads box while using it making it more convenient in small places. I love the metallic colors will have to get a embroidery pattern and try those out ♥️ Over all the price is very reasonable for the product I received. Would highly recommend for beginners or experienced like myself.. Great hobby try it out if you haven't before Criss Stitch is so easy!! ... show more
