Very happy with this product. Comes fully assembled. Definitely not a “safe” but more of a lock box to keep items secure from kids etc. Has easy PIN code or key access. Note, because of its depth it won’t be completely flush with the wall and you’ll need approx 16” of swing clearance for the door to open. Takes about 30mins to install (if you’re handy). Bare in mind if you have a scope on you’re long guns it will only fit 2 long guns total because you will have to store them flat against the back wall. It's a 200 dollar gun locker. It will keep small kids and honest people out. Came well packed and very quickly. The instructions are a little hard to under stand but I got it figured out. With the shelf in the lowest position a gun in the top pocket will hit and the door won't close. I couldnt get my new code to work so im just using the favotry code for now. I try again to reprogram soon. Having the code and key is great. Mine came with some small damage/broken dial. I contacted the seller and they handled the problem quickly and effectively. A+. Over all this isn't a heavy duty fire proof safe. Its the thinkness of a filing cabinet. Door is more heavy though. With a hammer and big screw driver I can break into it pretty quick. It's great to store guns and such away from small children. Definitely glad I bought it. I'm very happy with the customer service. It's a 3.5 star safe but for the price and the customer service I received I'll give it 5. ... show more

First DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU EXPECT QUICK RELIABLE ACCESS TO YOUR FIRE ARMS …. To start I Read the more positive review on this item. Price seemed fair for the quality. I wasn’t expecting the best. When I got the safe I set it up per instructions …I followed the set up to a T …it opened with the code I set… It opened with the override management code that was provided… It opened with the manual Key…everything seemed fine When I went to stock it the code no longer worked… the key which should alway work … did not … both my personal code(One I set with instruction) and the master code that they give you from the factory… Neither now worked… The green indicator light would come on letting me know it was the correct code but nothing would open… God for bid I would’ve had my firearms in the safe… Closed it thinking everything was OK… And then went to access them in an emergency… Like I said not even the key would open the safe… To make matters 100 times worse the customer service is terrible I am having to argue for shipping fees as they expect me to pay for the return shipping fees currently …unless I box the rather heavy (close to 100lbs) and awkward piece of equipment back into the three ply of corrugated cardboard box PUZZLE… Not an easy feat …after which they’re asking me to take before and after pictures of the item and then the successful packaging… Buy something for a little more money from a mom and pop shop… Stay away from this Seller And any other products their customer service is abhorred… And if something goes wrong they will make you jump through hoops or will leave you holding the bag completely ... show more

The product was well packed and there was no damage to it. However, it was a real pain to assemble and the instructions were terrible! Overall, it will do the trick but it is kind of cheesy. The door outweighs the cabinet and it tends to fall forward if you don't anchor it to the floor or wall. Beware, there are is a huge amount of packing materials to get rid of... ... show more

Very nice and sturdy! Make sure to read the password thoroughly when resetting to make sure your putting in the correct reset code. Also make sure your studs are the correct distance! nothing worse then opening your wall and installing just to find its not right!

Came in a very protective triple layer box, although there was a clear cut on the box from the delivery guy, it never penetrated the other layers of cardboard and foam. Fits a bit, perhaps .5 inches larger than the actual dimensions. The safe is completely assembled, all you do is unboxing it and moving it to its permanent location. You have choice to install batteries on the inside of the door, or opt for an external compartment you can stick to the outside of the door. IT actually full size rifles with magazines on them, shotgun , even a soft case inside. The upper smaller locker is small, but can fit 2 to 3 pistols, ammunition, or valuables. Built like a tank, ready for the most aggressive attack by master criminals. Feel secure that you can keep millions of dollars worth of equipment safe as a baby in his mother's arms. So easy to assemble, the highly detailed instruction are so good, it's like a team of highly trained professional installers jump out of the box and assemble it for you. You should buy several of these. You can store your gold bars in them like l do! Seriously...this is an okay locker good for keeping a couple of hunting rifles away from the kids. The instructions for assembly are a simple pictogram type thing, but you're building a BOX. lf you have trouble with this, kindergarten failed you! l don't like the way the floor is held in, and l put a few extra screws in to hold it in place. Once built it's fairly sturdy. It has a programable electronic lock & an emergency key lock. It'll be great for keeping kids safe, and protecting a few things from theft if the crook isn't too persistent. ... show more
