This is a very nice little laser product with very good registration. I have a much larger laser with a much more powerful head that I use for big projects however when making small coin size parts this laser can't be beat. It works well with lightburn software, I have not tried it with any others. I am currently using it to make Christ centered coins, and I can do five as a batch on one side and a few minutes flip them and do the other side. It's extremely efficient. The registration makes it easy to do even the finest detail or the smallest font in printing and still be able to read it. I'm very happy with this product. This works great. Just a little smaller than I thought and did not come with a lot of the extra things it said it came with. But it is a very good engraver. Only does small items. But it does the job.

    • Balance errors will not correct itself

It started working on the first try and then it stopped and wouldn’t go back to the right Balance setting; not sure how to fix that, but went to the Help area and we did what it said to do, but it still hasn’t fixed the problem. Hopefully, we’ll figure it out. If not, Need to return it. Also, we ordered a black one and when we go in to look up on the helpline, it shows that it’s Orange and it won’t take us back on Amazon to the original product! ... show more
