I was excited to try this laser engraver, but unfortunately, it arrived missing a crucial wire, making it impossible to even power on. I double-checked everything and confirmed the setup, but without the missing connection, it simply won’t start. Very frustrating experience for a new machine. I can’t recommend it.

I like the item I had thought I purchase the package with the 1.2w as well, but sadly I was mistaken. The unit was advertised for beginners. It is my first and do not know how to use an engraver and the kit does not come with instructions. Not that I can find. Would help a lot

Very hard to start and use for beginner. No user guide or directions, just kind of figure it out yourself. Love the quality, but still feel very uneducated and not able to fully utilize this product.
