The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the ATOMSTACK Swift 12W laser engraver for a variety of projects and I’m really impressed with the performance. Setup was straightforward and the instructions made it easy to get up and running pretty quickly. The engraving quality is sharp and consistent. I’ve used it on wood so far and the details comes out really clean and crisp. The 12W power is strong enough to cut thinner materials and engrave deeper when needed, which makes it very versatile for different types of projects. Another thing I appreciate is how smooth and precise the movement is. It feels well-built and reliable, even during longer engraving sessions. The software compatibility is also nice since it works with several popular programs. Overall, this has been a great addition to our business. If you’re looking for a dependable laser engraver for crafting, small business projects, or DIY work, the ATOMSTACK Swift 12W is definitely worth considering. I’m very happy with the Atomstack A40 Pro V2. The engraving quality on wood is clean, sharp, and consistent. The laser is powerful and produces deep, clear results without excessive burning when properly set. The machine feels solid and well built, and once you get used to setting the starting point and using the preview frame, positioning designs is easy and accurate. It works smoothly and delivers professional-looking results. Overall, a very reliable and high quality laser engraver. Highly recommended.

The quality of the machine and it's perormance are 5 STAR however not so much for their customer service, instructions and parts. I was missing 3 screws and it took almost a week for them to agree to send them to me. They say that they have 24/7 support however that is not true. All contact is via email and the quickest response is 1 day. Also the screws are shipped from China so that will take 2 weeks or more not very good if you need to have the machine. Still waiting for the screws but no problem, I purchased them at Lowes for $3. My advice is if parts are missing just return it to Amazon and request a replacement much quicker thanwaiting for suppor to reply and send the missing parts. If this is the first laser that you have assembled you my encounter some problems. They retooled some parts and did not include revised instructions. Also the parts bags were not properly labeled. That said the dual 24/40W laser is a nice feature. Cutting and engraving times are significantly reduced, some times I am able to cut production times by 30% or more. Othet good features are the auto-focus, cross-hair position indicator, fairly quiet operation, the Y axis cable cover and the included air compressor. It is a very good buy for novice users.

Had nothing but problems out of this machine. Didn’t wanna function properly, laser died out on me, barely even got to use it. Set it up did a few runs and just wasn’t there for me at all. I’ve used a lot of different laser engravers over the time and I like say this one is very low budget even at this price, the quality just wasn’t there for me. I was hoping it was going to be a good one but barely got to use it before it didn’t perform anymore. Went through everything to make sure it wasn’t user error but this is an easy setup and doesn’t take nothing to set up so it was definitely the machine… If you’re looking for something around this price range I would shop around more because there is all kinds on the market that will out do this one for the same price range.. I also put the new atom stack air assist and it wouldn’t even fit properly and I believe they show it with this product. The cut out hole for the assist is way too big for the hose and it’s barely even got air through it, didn’t see no change at all when it worked from being on or off. No difference.

Great item. If you are new to laze engravers, there is definitely a learning curve. Software is easy to use. Lots of videos on you tube. Lots of addons for this model, which is the reason I chose it. You don't have to buy a different model.
