It’s equipped with 12G-SDI and HDMI, so now you can monitor & record from any pro camera to ultra-fast CFexpress media or external USB-C storage. You also get built in Wi-Fi for C2C workflows and AirGluTM timecode for multicam projects Brighter Pro Display Ninja TX’s 1500 nit screen is now 50% brighter, and is packed with pro monitoring features. Monitor Meets Recorder Ninja TX lets you record to CFexpress or USB-C drives, offering more media options than ever. Cloud-Ready Ninja TX Ninja TX offers Wi-Fi cloud upload, 20GB free storage, and NDI streaming for easy sharing. Atomos’ rugged locking system ensures a secure grip on connected HDMI and USB-C cables. The Ninja series supports a wide range of resolutions and frame rates, depending on the output of your camera: up to 120fps at HD resolution, up to 60fps at 4K UHD/DCI and up to 30fps at 8K UHD/DCI resolution. Shooting in higher frame rates is typically used for slow motion playback or fast action scenes. All Ninjas come with Apple ProRes, Avid DNx and H.265/H.264 pre-activated, so you can start shooting immediately with the codec best suited to your project. Ninja TX also includes NDI 6 / HX3 as standard, which is a separate purchase for Ninja and Ninja Ultra. All Atomos monitor-recorders support a wide variety of LOG profiles from the most popular camera manufacturers, including Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Nikon, Fujifilm, ARRI, and RED. Being able to work with LOG profiles allows for greater dynamic range and more flexibility in color grading during post-production. All Ninja monitor-recorders support EL Zone, a professional false color exposure tool that helps you see exactly how bright or dark different parts of your image are. Unlike traditional false color systems that use rough IRE ranges, EL Zone assigns specific colors to exact exposure values—based on stops of light, in the same way your camera sees exposure. It’s a precise and consistent way to expose your image correctly every time. Ninja receives LOG signals from the camera and offers real-time LUT (Look-Up Table) preview to approximate what the final graded image will look like in Rec.709 — all while recording in high-quality ProRes, DNxHR, or ProRes RAW. Custom LUTs (.cube files) can be loaded from the CFexpress card or SSD and used in conjunction with the Ninja’s built-in monitoring tools for precise exposure control.
