I have 11 grand children and ordered this for my sunroom. They delivered it when scheduled and brought it into my sunroom and waited as I opened the box to check for damages. There was none. It was packaged very well. The delivery guy was great and very respectful to me and my home. The only assembly required was the legs on the main table and the bench seats. A friend of mine and my daughter helped me lift it up and flip it so we didn't put any weight on the legs. It has been the hit of the activities. My two grandsons, age 10 and 14 spend more time on this new addition than the X-box x series I have. It is interesting to see their improvement in playing ping-pong and air hockey in only a weeks period. It is nice to give them an activity they enjoy to get them off their electronics. The table is very heavy and very solid and the bench seats are solid like the table and very comfortable. Only thing I would like to see is a small locking mechanism when you put the ping pong table together to keep it from separating sometime. Also the air hockey switch is in a bad location. You almost have to crawl under the table to turn the air on or off. It should be longer and located outside the table. You have to have an extension cord which is not provided. The cord hangs down from the middle of the table underneath. It very well could have been routed better. That is my main complaint in the design. Overall I still give it 5 stars and look forward to many uses giving my grand children other options for some physical activity. ... show more

    • Not Happy!!
Took 3 hours to essemble! Thank God I'm in construction and all the tools needed. None of the holes predrilled for the table legs were even close to lining up. I had to get out my chopsaw to trim the tops of legs and drill bits to make new holes for leg essembly. After finally getting table done I moved on to the benches which was another battle. 6 predrilled holes on each bench didn't line up as well and took some custom work. Also the screw threads felt like they were stripping on every nut. We finally finished assembly and tried playing on it. The air hockey top is basically perforated cardboard and the puck gets stuck and stops hovering all the time like the air holes are plugged. The quality of the table top, benches, and overall finish is crap and I wish I could return for a refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and feel like I wasted $1300. ... show more

    • Delivery not what I paid for
The table arrived with two men two carry it upstairs for an extra fee. There were no straps dollys etc. It was in two packages and the boxes were heavy and they barely made it from the truck to the porch to inside. They were not equipped with proper equipment or enough manpower to carry it upstairs and would not let me unbox to carry it in separate pieces. So it was left on my porch for us to unbox and call in a friend to carry the heaviest part of the table. We have yet to assemble it to see if it even works. ... show more

There was a bit of a shipping miscommunication but this thing is amazing. It’s super easy to assemble very high quality like I wanted. The only thing that could have possibly made it better is if it was made in the USA. But all aside I am very happy.

Product arrived on time and packed well. Nothing broken like other’s stated experience. Need at least 2 people to put this large item together. Be sure to buy a water proof protective cover for when you use the table top.

Extremely disappointed in the arrival of the table. The box itself was damaged but we were hopeful that it was packaged well enough that there would be no damage to the machine. This was not the case. The pingpong table top/dinning table top slide when placed on top. There is no build in way to prevent this. The only reason it is getting two stars is because the air hockey still works, despite the damage. ... show more
