Very easy to set up. Alan wrench included. You’ll need a Philips head screwdriver to screw the scoreboard in (works Great no bugs). I think I might want to find a heavier puck because it seems to light (flys away if you hit it too hard, but that’s every air hockey table).

Bought this as a gift to my son. The assembly is pretty easy, but the legs and other supports feel pretty flimsy. Seems reasonably stable when turned over, but hard to believe it really is given how weak the legs and other parts were. The table looks very nice - that is until you play it. While the air flow is decent, the surface quality is very poor and it scratches very easily. On the very first day, when my son had a few friends over, they played for a bit and I then noticed some very big scratches all over the surface. While they do not impact air flow and puck movement, the table now looks like it is 10 years old and has been abused the entire time, not like something I dropped almost a $1000 on a few weeks ago. The area around the playing field is also shiny, so it does little more than collect fingerprints and has to be wiped daily to look OK. Overall, so-so quality, less than durable surface, OK air flow. I am very disappointed in this table and would not recommend it to others.

Because of a few bad reviews, we ALMOST did NOT order. SUPER GLAD we took a chance!!! Nothing broken. Lots of STYROFOAM around product. Was easy to assemble--took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble by our son and 21 year old grandson. You assemble it in packaging--upside down; then FLIP it over. Therefore, it was nice to have 4 people (one on each corner to FLIP. ) Board to play on is very WHITE with a little bit of grey and a little bit of RED The LIGHTS running around 4 sides of board ALL worked and are LOTS OF Colors. The counter around working board looks like Brown Mahogany wood and same for LEGS. Good looking -- NOT CHEAP looking at all. Love the ARCHED scoreboard standing TALL. IT is EASY to read score. Did not like some that scoreboard was FLAT on SIDE of countertop around playing board. I did come with a FEW pads if you NEED to LEVEL. We didn't need. 2 red Pucks and 2 red Pushers One RED PUSHER with lights One BLUE PUSHER with lights plus 2 WHITE PUCKS with lights. If you don't put this product by the wall, you need an EXTENSION CORD. Evaluate your room and decide the length of cord so you have available. We have ALREADY played a few rounds.. LOVE----LOVE

I was able to reach out to the vendor. After providing videos, photos, serial numbers, invoice details, etc., they wrote back saying they placed an order for sensor wires to ship via UPS. I am now being told (20 days later) that the parts are on backorder, and they should be available late January. I will say that they have been responsive, but I still don’t have a fully working machine after about 60 days.

I have 11 grand children and ordered this for my sunroom. They delivered it when scheduled and brought it into my sunroom and waited as I opened the box to check for damages. There was none. It was packaged very well. The delivery guy was great and very respectful to me and my home. The only assembly required was the legs on the main table and the bench seats. A friend of mine and my daughter helped me lift it up and flip it so we didn't put any weight on the legs. It has been the hit of the activities. My two grandsons, age 10 and 14 spend more time on this new addition than the X-box x series I have. It is interesting to see their improvement in playing ping-pong and air hockey in only a weeks period. It is nice to give them an activity they enjoy to get them off their electronics. The table is very heavy and very solid and the bench seats are solid like the table and very comfortable. Only thing I would like to see is a small locking mechanism when you put the ping pong table together to keep it from separating sometime. Also the air hockey switch is in a bad location. You almost have to crawl under the table to turn the air on or off. It should be longer and located outside the table. You have to have an extension cord which is not provided. The cord hangs down from the middle of the table underneath. It very well could have been routed better. That is my main complaint in the design. Overall I still give it 5 stars and look forward to many uses giving my grand children other options for some physical activity.

Initially, the quality of the table seemed quite high. Assembly was quite easy. It was great fun for the family. Unfortunately, after 16 days of use, the electronic scoring on one goal has quit working, which really takes away a lot of the fun when only one person's score is counted. I haven't yet contacted Atomic customer service. I will update this post after I receive their response. I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. My initial rating was because the electronics failed. However, my email to customer service at Atomic was responded to within 24 hours and they directed me to the problem. They noted that the sensors were likely out of alignment. When I looked in the area they suggested, I found one of the sensors dangling as it had come unbolted. I bolted it back and all is fine. I found the service very responsive and I liked that. However, they did only point me in the right direction and it was up to me to take what they said and fix the problem. That was ok for me as I have an engineering degree. I'm not sure that will be enough for everyone. Then, again, had I asked for more help, they would have likely given it to me. The reality is that the electronics are very simple. There is just not much to fix. One last note. I see one of the prior criticisms is that there is a high spot in the table at the logo. That is still the case on my table. We don't mind it as it kind of keeps the puck from getting stuck in the middle of the table.
