I was initially skeptical about ordering this air hockey table after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m glad I took the chance. It arrived in great condition, with no damage like others mentioned. It works perfectly, and my family absolutely loves it! The lights are a fun addition, making games even more exciting. One thing to note is it’s extremely heavy. It took four people to move it to our family room. The table did come in gray, which I was happy about, but just a heads-up if you’re expecting black like it might look in the picture, this isn't the one for you. It’s a cool looking nice table the LEDs light up. But I cannot get it to keep score and the issue is one of two problems. It could cost between 200-350 to fix it. Amazon was very good about crediting me back $375 off the price. It’s been a major pain in the butt getting someone to come out here and fix it for me. But I did and it’s worth it. good sized table, playing field is about 6 1/2 feet, didnt want it any smaller. this table is fast. use polish and it is crazy fast. this table has metal edging on the inside of the playing field. we are animals and would destroy anything less. the fan is plenty strong enough, we use official dynamo 3.25 pucks which are a lot heavier and the fan has no issues. these pucks are why the metal edging is so important. scoring works fine, the scoring controls are in a spot where they can be hit by accident. shipping is hit or miss. we knew by tracking it was in town a week before scheduled delivery date. the only early notification we got was a call 15 minutes before the truck showed up. lucky someone was home. box was damaged here and there but again lucky everything was ok. this is one 8 foot box and it is over 300 pounds. assembly is quick and easy, i would suggest at least 3 people to flip table over when assembled. ... show more

    • A complete disappointment that scratches easily
Bought this as a gift to my son. The assembly is pretty easy, but the legs and other supports feel pretty flimsy. Seems reasonably stable when turned over, but hard to believe it really is given how weak the legs and other parts were. The table looks very nice - that is until you play it. While the air flow is decent, the surface quality is very poor and it scratches very easily. On the very first day, when my son had a few friends over, they played for a bit and I then noticed some very big scratches all over the surface. While they do not impact air flow and puck movement, the table now looks like it is 10 years old and has been abused the entire time, not like something I dropped almost a $1000 on a few weeks ago. The area around the playing field is also shiny, so it does little more than collect fingerprints and has to be wiped daily to look OK. Overall, so-so quality, less than durable surface, OK air flow. I am very disappointed in this table and would not recommend it to others. ... show more

Because of a few bad reviews, we ALMOST did NOT order. SUPER GLAD we took a chance!!! Nothing broken. Lots of STYROFOAM around product. Was easy to assemble--took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble by our son and 21 year old grandson. You assemble it in packaging--upside down; then FLIP it over. Therefore, it was nice to have 4 people (one on each corner to FLIP. ) Board to play on is very WHITE with a little bit of grey and a little bit of RED The LIGHTS running around 4 sides of board ALL worked and are LOTS OF Colors. The counter around working board looks like Brown Mahogany wood and same for LEGS. Good looking -- NOT CHEAP looking at all. Love the ARCHED scoreboard standing TALL. IT is EASY to read score. Did not like some that scoreboard was FLAT on SIDE of countertop around playing board. I did come with a FEW pads if you NEED to LEVEL. We didn't need. 2 red Pucks and 2 red Pushers One RED PUSHER with lights One BLUE PUSHER with lights plus 2 WHITE PUCKS with lights. If you don't put this product by the wall, you need an EXTENSION CORD. Evaluate your room and decide the length of cord so you have available. We have ALREADY played a few rounds.. Bought this as a Christmas gift, and was really hopeful that it would be a hit but it was a miss. It’s made of mostly particle board with veneer. Scoring system didn’t work, would randomly score a goal or not at all. Then the side rails began to flake off, I’m assuming from the hand mallets smacking into the rails. We had the insurance for it and it was returned without issue ( returned early January, and I was refunded the insurance plan) Return had to be set up with a shipping company due to the size of the table but once I got a day lined up they came and got it.
