First pair I have found that didn't tear or strand when I was putting them on or taking them off! I love these tights!!! Perfect for a night out in Vegas, I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and warm I was kept during my trip to Vegas especially during the colder weather in winter (January ). For reference my waist is 47, hips 50. I ordered Black size 1x-2x. no tears or anything and I wore them almost the whole time in vegas and wash was easy and didn't ruin them. I have kind of "triangle" shaped legs, where top of the thigh is quite a bit thicker than the knee, and the ankle is very small. These tights were loose around my ankles to mid-calf, fine until mid-thigh, and then a bit tight up to the hip. If you have similar legs to me I'd go for a size up.
