I've been using the **Atmor PRO XTP Series 18kW Tankless Water Heater** for whole-home hot water needs, and it's transformed my daily routine with reliable, on-demand performance that never runs out. The self-modulating technology intelligently adjusts power based on actual flow and incoming water temperature, delivering consistent hot water at up to 3.8 GPM without the energy waste of traditional tanks—perfect for showers, dishes, and laundry running simultaneously. The digital control panel makes temperature adjustments precise and intuitive (I keep mine set around 115°F for comfort and efficiency), while built-in over-temperature protection and safety features give total peace of mind. Installation was straightforward for a qualified electrician, the compact unit saves significant space compared to bulky tanks, and it's whisper-quiet during operation with no pilot light or venting hassles. After months of heavy use, it maintains strong pressure and temperature even during peak demand, cuts my energy bills noticeably, and eliminates the frustration of cold showers forever. For anyone upgrading to efficient, endless hot water in a mid-sized home, this Atmor PRO model offers outstanding performance, smart features, and real savings—five stars, highly recommend!

Very poor option. I had one and it was bad but I took some personal responsibility under my “circumstances”!!! Ordered a second. It’s JUNK. Unless someone can tell me why I have NO HOT WATER even in decent “winter temps”!!!! I haven’t had even a warm shower The temperature is set at 125. I’m now going to be forced to get a standing hot water heater and I wasted almost a thousand dollars for two of these!!!!!

The Atmor PRO XTP 18kW tankless water heater is a compact, modern solution for anyone looking to upgrade during a bathroom remodel. With self-modulating technology and precise digital temperature controls (90°F–125°F in 1° increments), it heats water only when needed, helping reduce standby energy loss compared to traditional tank systems. The stainless steel internals and built-in over-temperature protection with dual safety cutoff add confidence in both durability and safety. Its wall-mounted, space-saving design makes it especially appealing when reworking a bathroom layout where every inch counts. I picked up this unit specifically for a bathroom remodel, with the intention of providing efficient, on-demand hot water without dedicating space to a bulky tank. In the warmer climate of Arizona, it performs well within its intended range, especially when used as a standalone heater for a single bathroom. During colder periods, incoming water temperatures can affect how hot the output feels, which is something to keep in mind depending on the season and groundwater temperature. There were a few days when it seemed to struggle to get it as hot as we'd prefer, but enough for us to think about replacing it. I'd probably give it 3.5 stars out of 4, but not 3, so I'm sticking it with 4 stars. Overall, for the price, footprint, and energy-saving benefits, it’s a solid option when properly matched to the application. As long as your electrical setup supports the required breakers and wiring, and expectations align with its 18kW output, it’s a practical and efficient choice for a remodel-focused installation.

The instructions are clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciate. It isn’t too difficult to mount and set up. The plumbing and the wiring are pretty basic and easy. The water gets very hot quickly, it’s an incredibly energy efficient unit compared to my full-size water heater, and overall it works great! The price is minimal compared to a full-size tank, and it only takes up a little bit of space. Very useful!

Very easy install, and very compact. Works like a charm. This water heater is half the price and 99% smaller than your standard water heater. I would recommend.
