  • Great purchase
purchased this on a Wednesday, it was ready for delivery on Monday! Great price and features. I owned a top brand before moving, it is now twice what the cost of this one was. From what I can tell, they are identical. Can't beat the price. Works great!

  • Shows up damaged
I've written the seller and manufacture about the lift I purchased (new). One of the runways was bent. The seller and manufacture have been sent pictures, descriptions etc. and ZERO response. They asked me to text them photos and I have. Zero response back. I should not have to pay over $4k for a new lift and have it arrived bent. There are a lot of manufactures of lifts, find one that wants your business. ... show more

  • Very Pleased With Two Atlas Pro 8000's
I bought two of these over ten years ago, The Atlas Pro 8000 4 post lift. I am looking at the Installation and operational manual now as I need a part. It is well written even though I believe the lift is made in China. I am using them for personal use, but have a very large 1960 Coupe DeVille on one and a 1964 Caddy Convertible on the other. Both are large heavy cars and about as long as a Suburban and very wide cars. The lifts are just wide enough to have the tires fit on them and you have to be careful driving on and off . The lifts are very heavy and I paid someone to assemble them. They have worked flawlessly for more than 10 years up until now. Yesterday on raising one, the seal blew out on the hydraulic cylinder that raises and lowers the lift. The built in safety stops, prevented the lift with a heavy Caddy on it from dropping. However, I had to use a half a bag of kitty litter to clean up the hydraulic fluid. It was the seal from being in a hot garage with little use for over a decade. If buying for home use, make sure you have a high enough ceiling. I had added a 3 garage at my home with 10 ft ceiling and I should have gone at least 11 ft. I have stacked a 66 Mustang on top of the Caddy or Caddy on top of the Mustang. But would have liked to have had the height to drive my SUV or large car under one. You also need a roll up garage doors for most home garages. I have had far more issues with the Commerical type roll up doors (remote electric) than the lifts. It is a nice design to quickly be able to install the wheels on the lift and move them around. These would be great for an auto repair shop that is crowded and needs a lift that you could move outside if needed. The ramps that come with the lifts are heavy and I store them on the lifts in front of the rear wheels when the lift is raised with a car on it. They also come with plastic drain pans and a HD sliding cross bar that can be used to place a jack on to jack up a transmission or a wheel to work on brakes etc. The picture was just taken and the garage a mess due to the large amount of hydraulic fluid suddenly release and us first using some cardboard to try and soak it up before I recalled the kitty litter trick. Todays project is finishing cleaning up the fluid and trying to get the smell out of the garage. I rated a 5 star because ... show more

  • Does what it is suppose to do!
I purchased mine a few years ago - was shipped directly to my house in a 18’ x18”x18” crate. The parts are heavy & takes 2 or more people to put it together. If you have a tractor or loader makes it easier to assemble. It has wheel kit that came with mine years ago. Easy to move around empty. I am very satisfied with my 4 post lift. I’ve had it probably 8-10 years. I have had my 1975 Trans Am on it from day one! It was the best solution to have 1 bay store 2 cars. My garage has 10’ ceiling which is plenty of room for this lift. Would most likely work with less height. It has lift locks every couple of inches, so it rests on locks. I would buy it again, the price has increased since I bought mine, but so has everything. ... show more
