Paired Athena program with the ecowitt soil moisture monitoring system and the spider farmer ggs smart system that comes with a 3-n-1 soil monitoring sensor. So far has been a game changer for me. If you are new read the hand book and follow directions. Get your environment dialed in (temp and humidity) after that mix and feed (using the ecowitt soil sensors I get a general idea of how wet the coco is) the ggs spider farmer soil sensor allows me to monitor the soil (EC) and from there I watch my dry back. Was on the verge of chopping and reseting this run and in one week it completely turned my grow around. Great nutrients (program) make sure to get it dialed in. Also best part about Athena Program is about 7 days after my first mix PH, EC, and PPMs all measurements were still within specs (didn't have to adjust between batch tanks) in that note I have been running at about 2.0 EC range and send to be doing absolutely great.

This is all you need to grow quality. Aethna provides grow schedules and lots of documentation and videos to help with their products. I do supplement with Cal/Mag and Silica.

I made the switch from jacks 321 and when I made the switch I can’t lie, this nutrient line runs super clean even at a high ec, the plants love it and eat it right up. Very minimal tip burn at 3.0EC. Plants haven’t looked this good in a long time. And for anyone wondering why you can get away with running such a high EC, it’s because of the lower than average micronutrient levels in the Core. As well as the low nitrogen cal nitrate (14% N). Not to mention multiple high level cultivators run this line as well all without any additives. I prefer to still run some beneficial microbes in the media however I will still keep the res sterile with hypochlorous acid.

Works great, I recommend the PH Balance as well. Following the mixing chart achieving an EC of 3.0, the PH level was at 3.6, giving the plants an acid bath. But adding Athena balance I was able to bring it up to PH of 5.8. Now everything is running smooth. I’m sure I could have used PH up, but I stuck with the Athena brand for this cycle.

Product itself subpar compared to others. And customer service useless on their product issues. I would NOT go with athena pro unless you want to have A BUNCH OF ISSUES AND HAVE to buy multiple different products to fill what isn’t provided in this line.
