Ordered an L2 36W laser direct from Atezr website which was delivered promptly. Assembly was quick, fit and finish is nice, but the laser head wouldn't move as expected in every direction - basic home function fails with no obstructions and not at any limit. The laser head moves freely by hand (not binding or obstructed) and sometimes will jog in a positive x/y direction and then not move in the reverse direction where it just came from. The z-axis motor often won't move at all during home sequence (despite getting power), or moves in the wrong direction during autofocus triggering a failure. All connections checked and rechecked, to no avail. All of this using their touchpad (offline mode) or connected to Lightburn. No apparent options to reset the machine to factory defaults or upgrade firmware. Manufacturer acknowledges unit is defective, will not provide return authorization despite being within their policy. The is a terrible brand. The machines do not function properly and customer support is beyond useless. I have purchased TWO of these machines- one directly from them and also on Amazon. Neither worked as advertised and I only got my money back for one, through Amazon. This machine is not worth investing in unless you just want your time and money wasted. It’s so cool to watch this thing work while the engraver does it’s thing. They marry perfectly together. Only thing is it’s just a tiny bit noisy, which was very surprising. Other than that, great machine!!

Something I really appreciated about the machine was how easy it was to put together. The provided instructions are clear. Packaging is VERY neat and tight. Something you should consider is getting or making an enclosure as lasers can burn materials and the fumes released can be pretty harmful if you inhale them. The unit itself is pretty basic, a motor spins two rollers, synced with the original control box. I can recommend if you're trying to engrave something that has some curvature to it.
