I love the look of this light and the shelves come in handy. It appears to be top quality and well made. I've had a lot of compliments on it. The wood is nice and heavy and the panels are real fabric. It is easy to hide the cord because there are small grips which you hide on the rear post to guide it through. I have two small complaints, one of which would not apply to everyone. Firstly, to me the lowest setting is still too bright. I wanted a background ambient light while watching TV so the room isn't completely dark. Secondly, I wanted it on my timer but because of the step on button for some reason the timer will not trigger the on feature even though I tried it by leaving the light in the on position. So I have to reach over the side of the couch and under the table to manually press the button every evening. My mistake ... show more

I'm not very good at writing reviews, but I felt this item deserved one I purchased this lamp as a Christmas gift for my wife and if I'm to be honest I was concerned about the build quality and stability of the lamp given its height. My concerns were put to rest as I assembled the lamp as I found the process well thought out, the pieces being of good quality, and the assembled product is very sturdy The lamp is beautiful There are however two things I don't like about the lamp, though they wouldn't prevent me from ordering another one. 1) The three-way switch is designed to be placed on the floor. Due to the location where the lamp is positioned this isn't practical, but it's too light to sit securely on a shelf as it keeps being pulled off by its cord. The only way to fix that is to wrap the cord around one of the side pieces 1 or two times. I'm sure there's a better way, I'll find it eventually :) 2) I don't see a way to order replacement parts. If the power source, switch, LED Module, shade etc needs to be replaced I haven't found any resource to obtain the parts. Despite these two "cons" I am very happy with the item ... show more

It was smaller than anticipated but I don't do well with measurements or judging them The shelf is cute and the light is super bright when you need it to be. It has 3 settings I hope they come up with more color choices in future Would buy again if so. Was fairly easy to put together. Has enough room for a small flower arrangement & a few nic nacs.shelf size is just a bit bigger than box of Kleenex ... show more

Came later than expected but no damage or missing pieces. I bought the light wood and it goes perfectly with daughters white furniture. The highest setting is very bright and dimmest setting gives cozy feel. Lots of pieces to put together but instructions are clear and it isn't difficult. The bottom doesn't sit perfectly still on carpet, leans a little, but would think that's to be expected with this type of light. Overall I think it's worth the money. ... show more

I like the looks and shelves, and lamp was easy to assemble with clear instructions. It's good that light is LED and 3-way dimmable; what I didn't like is that it's not bright enough for my needs --even at its brightest setting. I bought this one to replace an old torchiere in my home office, but the new lamp is not nearly as bright as the old one. I'm debating whether to keep it or return it. ... show more
