I tried to register my laptop with Asus and it said the serial number was already registered as a product purchased from Best Buy. Of course after the return window ended, the fan started making an atrocious noise if any video or ad starts to play. I can't check my security cameras because of the incessant rattling of the fan when I try to turn them on. It's so loud it gives me a headache. I tried to chat with AI on Amazon and it couldn't understand anything I was explaining and finally stopped the chat. Otherwise the laptop works pretty well. Maybe Asus can help me. ... show more

Nice machine, very pretty, and light. So far so good. Right up until they said this model comes with a numeric pad. Note: It has NO NUMERIC PAD this despite the product description saying it does. (See screen cap below). It's one of the primary features we bought it for.

I accidentally cracked the screen, and now I'm stuck in a loop. The manufacturer won't repair it because it’s a Best Buy product, and Best Buy won't help because I bought it on Amazon. I can't return it, the seller told me to talk to Amazon, and Amazon told me to talk to the seller. Nobody wants to take my money for a repair or help me out. This is trash. ... show more

In my initial tryout at arrival, this AI laptop can run "fairly" hot even with its pristine metal case. It sometimes can't be turned on or reboot until it cools down somewhat. I won't recommend for purchase.

Have been using an ASUS Zenbook S 16 for about 4 months. One major annoyance is that the display intensity keeps changing randomly (or maybe based on some sensor) and makes the display suddenly hardly readable. Tried everything, like windows settings to turn off auto intensity, GPU settings, bios update - nothing works. That is the only reason to give a 3-star review.
