I am very dissatisfied with the online support I received for my Asus laptop. The computer frequently freezes and overheats. According to Asus's data, the temperature should be between 5 and 35 °C, but the technician told me that a temperature between 50 and 75 °C is acceptable. While watching videos, the temperature even reached 90 °C, which is unacceptable and very concerning. The lack of knowledge from the staff and the inefficiency of the service have made my experience quite frustrating. I hope that measures will be taken to improve the training of the team and address these serious hardware issues. ... show more
