Right out of the box the screen had a white line through the left side of the screen that was very noticeable during dark backgrounds. Also, it had several software issues. Just started a return.

I purchased this laptop to replace my older laptop. It is a newer version of the exact same model. ASUS laptops have an incredibly fast boot up time. They have robust features and are definitely built to last. The larger screen and full number keypad are two of the most important features for me. I purchased the laptop during the Prime Day event because I saw that the laptop was listed with Nvidia 4050 RTX. However upon arrival, when I was trying to set up the dual monitor, the laptop failed to detect a working monitor, I found that the laptop is actually installed with Nvidia RTX 3050. Not worth the price, said 4050 it’s a 3050. Came late, box damaged, looked used (covered in finger prints, tape was ripped, inside box looked lopped sided like someone did not know how to put it in)
