Bought two of these one for me and my gf both came from different areas so one was packaged nicely while the other wasnt. Anyways they work great! Im not a super nerd when it comes to PCs mostly console player. But this runs Warthunder what i play mostly on high settings solid frame rate. I also play other game but there not demanding the touch pad works great the botton feel responsive. My gf plays some dino games, path of titans and runs that at high/epic settings mostly high withlut causing to much heat. Good deal for these I believe. if youre thinking about buying a laptop for the first time and wanna try some steam games, this is honestly really good for some stuff like stardew, sims, left 4 dead, etc. i havent tried heavyish games but im sure itd still work like a charm. only issue is windows will sometimes glitch a little but it isnt the laptop's fault. i only recommend upgrading ram to about 32 gb, which i plan on doing soon so i can have no worries ab memory. but this is a solid choice as a beginning laptop, its a little stressful to comprehend at first but its really worth it after a few reddit posts and youtube videos. so far, after about a few weeks of use, id recommend! ... show more

I think the device was recieved was defective...maybe even refurbished. Monitor rarely came on. Took several resets and open/closes of the laptop for the monitor to trigger on everytime. I thought i was going insane because power button was sensitive. Then its showed its color the most recent boot up, screen static white/gray just in time before my return period. Sus. This also had windows updates and issues and I could not wipe my data from it forced logged out of all my gaming/discord accounts ... show more
