This thing is a powerhouse and when it works it’s runs anything I throw at it on max setting but this is the first and the last AMD chipset I will ever buy. I have had to wipe the computer 5 times now because sometimes it just decides that some games are unplayable and will continuously crash the game before launch. I don’t know what causes it, everything is updated and sometimes it happens after install, sometimes it happens after I’ve played a game several times but for whatever reason when it decides it doesn’t want to run it anymore literally the only solution is to wipe the entire PC because uninstalling and reinstalling the game does not work. The laptop is great. Plays just about everything I have in my Steam account at the highest resolution possible. The MediaTek WiFi 6 MT7921 is hot garbage. I mean really hot garbage. No amount of driver update and rollback, enabling and disabling the device makes it finds networks regardless of distance. It literally just can't see them periodically. Over time it throttles down connections. Google search the WiFi card and you'll see a ton of people with the same issue. We all did the same thing. Ordered an Intel AX210 Wifi module and swapped it out. Now it's a perfect laptop. ... show more

Though it requires a bit of time to set up fully, it basically is ready out of the box to do anything that you wish it to do and it'll do it very well and very quickly while providing you with great video and audio. The components in it should buy one some time before they need to look for a replacement. A masterfully engineered and built computer! Atop all of this that I stated, all true and written long before what I am about to further say, I am also receiving a ninety (90) day warranty extension from ASUS for my feedback. I loved my laptop for a while, even despite the audio issue I had. The internal speakers never worked, but it wasn't a big enough deal to warrant a return or replace so I ignored it, and worked beautifully and cool for a few months. Now, I'm now having GPU issues that make gaming impossible and almost make non-gaming use impossible and I'm faced with having to deal with manufacture warranties which from what I've heard recently can be a nightmare, will cost my own money for certain parts of shipping, and will undoubtedly take minimum two weeks. I don't look forward to this and it really takes the air from my wings when I'd talk about how great this laptop was to my friends and family in the past. This sucks. ... show more
