I was building my computer, so by the time I could check to see if the motherboard worked it was too late to return it! So, I sent it in to Asus Repair, having a new warranty I thought they would treat me right! Jokes on me, they said it was d.o.a. and asked if I wanted a replacement, stupid me Agreed! They sent one worse, now my New Serial Number, and Warranty do not exist. I tried to send the replacement board for repair and no Serial Numbers on it. Tried using mine from original board, do not exist! Checked RMA#, DO NOT EXIST! ASUS TOTALLY FUXXED ME! I AM NOW STUCK WITH A P.O.S. BOARD THAT DOES NOT WORK! I HAVE SAVED THE EMAILS BETWEEN ASUS an Myself along with pics of my board, and you can see I just purchased this recently! THE MORAL OF THIS STORY, "DON'T BUY ASUS,"! ... show more

This motherboard is awesome! It's much faster than my ROG V Edition 10, windows is snappy. I don't have a graphics card yet been doing all my photoshop/illustrator graphic work off the HDMI and Intel 12900K processor, works just fine for now until I need to do more video and 3D stuff. Love this board so far! It has 64GB of white Corsair ram I bought directly from Corsair, main drive is a firecuda 2TB drive, work drive is a 4TB firecuda drive and I have a third 4TB Team work drive for LightRoom and 3D Vista work. All three drives are m.2 drives. All installed into a white Lian Li Dynamic EVO case with lian li fans that daisy chain together! ... show more

Its water cooled, which is very difficult to determine from the marketing literature. Make sure you're ready to get into the wonderful world of custom cooling loops. "Requires Liquid cooling" should be front and center of the title. Also not super clear that its DDR5. It is DDR5, some of the other ROG Z690's are DDR4. AI overclocking doesn't work very well, or at least it doesn't "just work", so be ready to mess with the clock settings like always. ... show more

Running great with a 13900K, a Gigabyte 4090 and GSkill 6400mhz Z5 memory. Bios flash back worked fine. Just make sure that the upgrade file is the only file on the FAT32 drive you plan to use and it’s not in a folder on that drive as that caused the update to fail initially for me. Very feature rich board that is easy to set up and the bios has a lot of tinkering options. I would recommend this board. ... show more

After going through the suggestions on the amazon site I filled out an extensive service request but after a month I still have no response other then the automated one I got right off the bat saying they would get back to me.
