I purchased the ROG Ally Z1 Extreme from the Amazon Renewed store. Set it up and installed a 2TB NVMe. Here's my take. While removing the rear cover to install the NVMe upgrade, noticed that one screw was missing. For me not a big problem as I was going to be installing a cover anyway. I also realized that the power adapter is not the original power adapter that ships with the ROG Ally. It is a third party adapter. It works but just not the actual ROG Ally power adapter. Other than those 2 issues, no other issues found. Device is very clean, no scratches, all buttons feel very new and unused. Would I buy from Amazon Renewed again? Depends on discount and what the item is. ... show more

Amazing! Super good deal. The ally had a little tiny scuff on the white plastic, but not at all noticeable. Battery was around 80% health, which isn’t a big deal for me. My unit was labeled as “excellent” but came without a box, it was basically wrapped in bubble wrap packaging. I wouldn't call that excellent, but all in all it looks really good!
