Nothing but trouble from Day 1. Internet connection unstable and wouldn't communicate with my HP wireless printer. I had to have a local computer technician (one I've used and trusted for years) come in and fix the problems. After two weeks, brief 'black outs'--lasting a second or two--began happening intermittently. Then one morning, it wouldn't turn on at all--completely and utterly dead. But the bottom of the computer was hot to the touch. Fearing some kind of internal electrical short, I unplugged the computer and removed the still warm battery. Twenty-one days after purchase, I processed and returned the computer in the original packaging with the removed battery carefully wrapped in a static dispersing bag and a letter describing all the problems. I have a receipt showing they accepted the return twenty-five days after purchase. I was refunded the tax paid and the cost of the extended warranty. But they assessed a re-stocking fee EQUAL TO 100% of the purchase price. This was sold to me through Amazon by ProPrime... ... show more

This laptop is great the processor is fast and the screen is clear, I use it for my photography business. It gets used when im out of town and when in the field I can tether to it to make sure shots are good even in the backcountry. Battery holds up pretty well even when running labor intense programs like photoshop, and light room. The only thing I have a problem with is the touchpad some gets touched while working and moves the cursor, sometimes opening or closing other windows. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this new and had flashing pixels on the screen. I had to return it since I wouldn’t be able to do visual projects with this laptop. Overall the quality of the body seemed fine and it operated relatively well.

Although this laptop has everything I wanted on paper, it also has SO MANY PROBLEMS Isent it back. Flickering screens, dropped wifi, pass code wouldn't work, Quik Assist wouldn't work - its a disaster! I will compromise on features to get a unit that actually works reliably!
