I’ve been testing the ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB GDDR6 OC Edition, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and stability. Running the 3DMark Steel Nomad (DX12) benchmark, the card scored 3,696 points, which is very close to the average score of 3,731 for similar systems. That tells me right away this GPU is performing right where it should—no bottlenecks, no weird behavior. During the graphics test, it delivered ~36.96 FPS, showing solid performance for demanding, modern workloads. What stood out even more was the consistency: No major drops or instability. Very stable clock behavior throughout the test. No signs of thermal throttling. This is exactly what you want—not just raw power, but reliable, sustained performance. The 16GB of VRAM clearly helps in heavier scenarios, and the cooling system (triple fan design) keeps everything under control without excessive noise. It feels like a card built for long gaming sessions or creative workloads. Pros: Strong and consistent benchmark performance. Stable clocks and no thermal issues. Excellent 16GB VRAM for future-proofing. Quiet and efficient cooling. Cons: Slightly below the top benchmark scores (but still within normal range). Can believe I bought this when I did. $439 when I bought it. Had a bunch I show get it. Days later it was going for over $600. Liked the look of this Prime model with 3 fans. It works good.
