First time using an ASUS motherboard. I previously used an ASRock motherboard and thought it was really good but I am loving this ASUS because for one the Bios is just slightly better because it has the XMP right on the main screen, no searching thru menus to find it. Also, my ASRock only supported a very limited M.2 NVME drives while the ASUS seems to have a much wider support. I have plenty of SATA and it supports 2 M.2 NVME drives, one is for PCI4.0 and the other I believe is for PCI3.0. Which is fine by me. I prefer MB's that support at least 2 M.2 NVME's. This is a good motherboard, very stable, no issues. I'm running it with an i5-12400F cpu. I have 32GB Dual channel 3600Mhz memory installed. Two M.2 NVME drives, 1 is a 2TB Crucial P3+ and the other is a 1TB Samsung 980. I also have 2 SATA drives connected, one is a 1TB Samsung and the other is a generic 250GB SATA drive. ... show more

  • A very nice budget board
My previous motherboard, an Asus B150M was still going strong after almost 6 years but I wanted a Windows 11 capable system so I needed to upgrade. I picked the DDR4 version of the B760M so I could use my existing RAM (4x4GB Kingston HyperX). The swap was pretty straightforward with one hiccup. For reasons that remain a mystery, the default TPM setting in the BIOS was hardware (discrete TPM) rather than firmware. In this setting, it booted to an error screen (see picture) which said to run setup again. Until I figured out what needed to be changed, it would not boot into Windows. Once set to firmware TPM, it booted but I would still see this screen sometimes. I did an online chat with Asus tech support and they suggested updating the BIOS (my board shipped with a December 2022 BIOS, latest is June 2023) which I did. Too early to tell if that has fixed the problem permanently but so far it seems to have worked. ... show more

  • Beautiful small atx. Lots of power in a tiny body.
Love the way it looks and it is a great ATX that does attempt to maximize it's size. If anything just be mindful that if you get an atx this size you are likely better off with liquid over fan cooling since a fan can become an issue not only with memory but your graphics card and your first M. 2 slot. ... show more

  • Alway a good brand motherboard
I just change to Asus motherboard and didn’t know that are awesome! I look for the it for long time and it works very well, easy to set up in Asus bios, and get ready for gaming! That’s a valuable motherboard! I like it a lot

Never got the board to boot, error 1-3 display. The onboard HDMI display port didn't work, video cards didn't work. Couldn't get into the bios due to lack of display. Going back to Gigabyte boards, they have been more dependable for me lately. 30+ years building PC's.

Worked well out of the box. Paired with a i5-13500. XMP worked well. No issues.

  • Dead on Arrival Motherboard Wastes My Time and Money
This motherboard was dead on arrival with a known working CPU and RAM. It would not post. It's my own fault for buying a motherboard made by ASUS.
