It’s a graphics card and works as needed. It was a huge upgrade from my gtx 1050 and now my gaming feels buttery smooth. The GPU was paired with an MSI B550 tomahawk motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5600 CPU, and 16gb of RAM. I got this for about $400 and I think it was money well spent. Another plus is the noise level because it has been very quiet so far.     • Nice upgrade from a 1660 Super

Upgraded from a gtx 1660 Super to this rtx 3060 GPU and while the 1660 Super is still an awesome GPU for 1080p gaming, this card seals the deal. In Doom Eternal I was not able to use Ray tracing on the 1660 Super without it being a slideshow at 25 fps. With the 3060 I am now able to use all ultra settings and turn off dynamic res with dlss off and that 12 gig ram allowed me to go up to more than 8 gigs vram usage with the ray tracing enabled and getting over 100 fps. It does run hotter than my 1660 Super by a few degrees, but that was expected since it is a smaller card. Super happy with this card nonetheless. ... show more

SUPER good for 1080p gaming. Didn’t expect it to be so small but luckily it fit perfectly with my build. My specs are a 10th gen i5 processor, 16gb ddr4 3000mhz ram, 256gb ssd, 1tb hdd, 700w power supply, and the id-cooling pinkflow aio cooler.
