I have several ThinkPads and a few other laptops, but I finally decided it was time to upgrade my aging desktop. I'm not a gamer, but I do a lot of photography, so I wanted a graphics card with enough power to handle photo editing and other graphics-intensive tasks. Since I had already chosen an ASUS motherboard and ASUS power supply for the build, the ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4060 V2 OC Edition seemed like the perfect fit. You can easily find the full specifications online, but a few features really sold me on this card. The dual ball-bearing fans should provide a longer service life, and the 0dB technology keeps the card nearly silent during light workloads. I also liked that it's powered by NVIDIA, and the consistently positive reviews gave me even more confidence in my choice. I've been using this card for about a year with two monitors connected, and it has performed flawlessly. The graphics quality is excellent, and I haven't experienced a single problem. I had a GTX 980 TI that crashed, and I worried that, as inexpensive as this card was, it would be lacking. My worries were groundless. I have a high-end processor and motherboard, and use it to fly using MSFS 2020 at full graphics. Major increase in frame rates, and the install went smoothly. My power cables had an issue, but I consulted with Grok and got good advice. It fired right up, and I'm a happy camper. This is a great graphics card for the price point. I I built a new PC, so this is my first experience with a good graphics card. my previous PC had a GT 1660 so this quite an upgrade. It runs super quiet in my system and runs nice and cool when playing a wide variety of games from simulator games and first-person shooters to RPG's. Frame rates run at a good rate (I haven't actually measured them) but I don't really notice any frame drops or screen tearing when playing games. I mostly play MSFS Flight Simulator 2024 and Star War's Outlaws and occasionally games from the Tomb Raider series. They all run smoothly on this card. It's build quality feels solid and well-constructed. It also looks great in my PC build. I would highly recommend this card if you are looking for a solid graphics card for a good price. ... show more

This card is great for the price. We're in a GPU market that sucks. You can buy this 8gb card for 300, or spend more than double on a 16 gb card. This is what you get for 300. I like Asus more and more. I'm not a fan boy though. This card runs pubg and other games I'm playing at full settings with no lag. Got this after getting scammed on the 3060, If you see Gigabyte brand on sale half off from a China seller don’t do it, it’s the same person opening and closing accounts taking people’s money. This my 1st PC build and was trying to keep it around $700. I bought my Xbox S for like $300 and it runs every game no problem. I feel like a $300 GPU should run every game flawless. This only has 8g is the issue. I played GOW it ran decent 40-60fps on my TV, tried a few other games and no issues. I’ll probably have to return this and spend a few more dollars and try and grab that 5070 12g for $550. Hopefully I can get it. ... show more

I purchased this card for a high end HTPC and it works well for that purpose. It is the cheapest NVidia card available that supports all major video decoding codecs. It's relatively small and was easy to install. Gaming performance isn't great, but if you're in 1080p it is probably fine. My one complaint is that even though it's not expensive, the $320 I paid seemed a bit high for performance but otherwise I am happy. ... show more
