This is a great laptop,my daughter ask me to purchase this for her birthday and I think she make a great choice,light weight,great sound and faster than her old one also this one storage is great ,connect fast to our Wi-Fi and great for everyday use

It's nice. I've had it for just over a month with no issues. It's surprisingly fast. I don't like how it is missing SD card ports, but a micro flashdrive works alright as well. Albeit, I only need a flashdrive as a backup, and not for storage as it does have a 1TB SSD. 16G of DDR4 RAM is nice and it isn't overkill for the relatively small processor. (Intel i3 to be exact.) Tough shell. I've spilled brake fluid and all sorts of stuff on it cuz I use it in lab. So long as it doesn't reach the keyboard switches it should be okay. Just be sure to clean it off quickly cuz brake fluid will sometimes eat materials like paint or the liking. I still recommend investing in a keyboard protector and not living risky if you need it for this type of work. I haven't needed customer service but don't rely on them. ... show more
