Bought the laptop for my wife for just doing facebook email web browsing. Was very slow out of the box. Super slow. Formatted and put in a fresh windows 11 and removed everything that wasn't needed. Helped a lot still not real snappy but miles faster than out of the box.

Great brand and physical condition but freezes up and runs slow. It was manufactured in 2022 with Windows 10. When refurbished, windows 11 was installed. It doesn’t have enough ram to run the OS but thankfully it was an easy fix with a ram upgrade by my local PC shop.

I was willing to put up with it being slow but it’s slower than slow. It’s listed as have an IPS screen but I’m having a hard time believing it. The viewing angle is very narrow. I bought it to run a specific software but it won’t run it in S mode. I did not see where in runs Windows in S mode. Really disappointed with it and wiil need to send back. ... show more

I bought it for the perpus of watching movies for the laptop to the TV with the HDMI cable. It ran so bad it wouldn't play a movie very well. The renewed is what makes them garbage. That being said. I deleted windows 11 an reinstalled windows 10. Now it actually works pretty good. The problem with windows 11 is is uses way more ddr ram. 4 gigs is not enuff. An you can not upgrade the ddr in this laptop. It is serving it perpus now but not much more. ... show more
