I’ve had this for a couple of days now and I’m impressed. I did find a couple negative reviews before buying this but im glad I decided to go with this one. This is my first system so I wanted a pre-built system with plans to upgrade over time and learn that way so by next system, I’d be ready to build myself. Haven’t noticed this getting hot despite some of the complaints about design. I’ve been able to play a couple current games that I like to play on consoles and set up a stream. So far, this system has handled it just fine and that’s really what I intended to do beside routine internet use.     • Not happy
The computer worked for 2-3 weeks than crashed. I sent it in to ASUS to diagnose and fix. They said it's not under warranty because 3 of the RAM cards were not factory cards and those crashed the MB, they replaced the motherboard but I'm still out of 3 RAM cards. ASUS costumer service has problems with communication as it took me a lot of back and forth and even sending the computer back for repair again to find this out. Seller is not responding. It's a good PC for the few games I have played on it so far with an average 60-80 fps. Only complaint is that it has windows 11 on it but other than that it's worth the price tag.

Was finally able to treat myself to a new PC. Box arrived intact, PC powered up... No signal, tried a different lead. No signal. Purcahsed a HDMI cable, no signal. My leads and monitor work fine with 'everything' else. Call ASUS support line. Told someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. No call back. Was told I would receive an email. No email.
