My 18-55 lens on my Nikon has a defect. Assurion wants me to send my Nikon camera, plus the 2 lenses that came in the kit, with no guarantee I will get MY camera and telephoto back; they may just trade it for refurbished items. My camera is well-taken care of. I have no guarantee what I will have returned to me, which makes me highly apprehensive; I'm debating just buying a new lens instead of being without my camera for 2-3 weeks, not knowing if I will have my property returned to me or if it will be a "refurbished" item. It costs more to ship the camera plus two lenses than it costs to just send the broken lens. Plus, the camera can easily be damaged in shipping. This is NOT acceptable EDIT: They never even called me back as promised. I will NEVER purchase another warranty from these fraudsters!

I was surprise of how fast it start up and ready to record with a push of the screen. I have recorded numerous videos on my iPhone and my Insta360 go 3, and it was a challenge. This is a good plan. Great coverage and having the tech support is a big plus. The tech support 24/7 support is a great bonus. Have not had to use it but the peace of mind is it's there when its needed. I recommend it to anyone who purchases a camera.

Price for the 2 year warranty was very reasonable for 49.00 and change. Best Buy wanted 125.00 for there 2 year protection warranty and they lost the sale, told them put it back and I would get my Camera on Amazon. Hope I never have to use this warranty but good to have. This company is same company that covered my cellphone and they came good for first screen braking but refused to cover my note 8 the second time so I dropped my insurance after that.
