    • I believe it's well worth the money.
We bought a used telescope it was missing the viewing pieces. The kit work perfect for fixing our issue and the kids loved it. Waiting for summer time to warm up a little bit more in allowing the kids to stay up and see the stars and use the other filters that come with the kit.

This product works great. The case that comes with it come in handy. They are made out of steel that make them durable. The filters work amazing. I would highly recommended this for anyone that is stating out in astronomy.

I've been using them on my AWB: "One sky" telescope, and they are fantastic. The 6mm had better clarity than my more expensive 5mm eye piece. The whole kit is very good. Astromania is now my favorite eye piece brand. The eye pieces feel solid and we'll built, the glass is a good quality, the color isn't distorted while looking at planets so that's good. ... show more

    • Not nearly the value I thought . . .
Bought this to try to get better eyepieces for my telescope. Most telescopes come w/ the cheapest eyepieces possible, so eventually, most people buy better [more expensive] eyepieces. I thought these were good, when I ordered them. I returned the set; here's why. 1. Most people are better off buying such accessories 1 at a time, because buying a set means that you won't use *all* the items in a set, so part of the 'investment' is wasted. 2. I bought the set thinking that BOTH eyepieces were Plössls, but only the 6mm is, the 15mm is a Kellner which is not as good. Also, of the filters in this set, one is a 'moon', which is pretty useful,but the others are much less useful, for most people. So by the time I learned about this set, I decided that it was a very poor investment, for me. Fortunately, Amazon allowed me to return them. I'll probably buy a better quality Plössl, or two, adding extras as I feel the need. ... show more
