I bought this cajon to play in a musical theater piece - ( the barrel stave construction matched the stage design ) Turns out it's a great sounding instrument! Deep bass tones and a nice variety of crisp snare and "rimshot" sounds.     • Great finish and ease of playability
Great finish and ease of playability. The sound is great. The bass is low and the snares snappy. Unlike other cajons I have played, the staves are thick to not really playable in the outside but towards the edge of the front plate you can get some neat sounds. Would definitely recommend.
