I keep this in my car for whenever I need it. It has a chargeable battery but I haven’t kept it charged so I usually just use the plug in adapter. I first saw one of these when I had a flat tire and was waiting in line at a gas station to use the air pump. Some guy came over to my car and offered to fill up my tire with one he had. It was so awesome I got on here and bought one myself. It’s durable, works great, is reliable, and such a convenience to have! Every family should have one.

Like most people mentioned, this pump is very convenient and simple to use. When I received it, I charged the battery for an hour and the red light never turned green. I went out and added ~ 2 lbs into each of my tires - 5 minutes.. I then started charging the battery again and it’s been charging for 1.5 hours and the charging block is very hot. I switched it to another block and it got hot after 30 minutes. One review said the battery charged very quickly. If it goes past 2 hours, I’m shutting it down. UPDATE: when the battery indicator appeared fully charged, I unplugged the charging cable from the battery, and the red light went to green for a second before it went out.

I've only had this electronic inflator for about 48 hours, but thus far I'm enormously impressed. I've had to do several recent refills of the pressure in my Alfa Romeo's Pirelli tires, and I truly balk at paying $3 or more at local service stations for "air." This device really does the job: its light in weight, easy to see the screen and operate the buttons, nicely packaged in its own carrying case, and comes with a rechargeable lithium battery (charged via USB port) and 12 volt "cigarette lighter" DC adapter with a lengthy cord that adequately reaches all 4 tires. Within minutes, I was using the 12 volt plug (the battery takes a few hours to initially charge) to power the inflator and check and fill all four tires. Once attached to the tire valve, the screen will announce the current tire pressure, after which you simply press the "+" button until reaching the desired PSI, pull the trigger on the handle, and then allow the inflator to do its thing. You can then watch the pressure readings increase until the target PSI is attained, at which point the inflator will shut off. Very simple! Next will be my bicycle tires, and the unit includes several valve adapters, including a Shrader-to-Presta adapter for European style bicycle tire valves. The only question now is how the device will hold up over time (2 year warranty). We'll see, but so far ... a supremely great gadget indeed!

It works very well when I first received it. It quickly fills my car tires to 36 LBS and shuts off automatically. I also use it for my golf cart and have it set to19 LBS. I’ve had it for awhile and it has developed a glitch. When you pull the trigger to inflate tire sometimes it won’t come on. After repeated trigger pulls it will finally come on, but don’t release trigger till it stops at the set pressure or you will have to start over with trigger pulls. Unfortunately past time to return. It works anyway.
