Seems like a nice basic meter. It took me a bit to figure out how to change the fuse. It looks like you can take the screws out and pry the back off because of the groove going around back but once you to take the rubber bumper off you’ll see it easily splits along the side.

Good product and works very well, but the labels and indicators on the face of the device are fairly confusing and not intuitive at all. The instructions don't provide much more guidance as to what you're seeing. Thankfully, in the age of AI, you can use ChatGPT to help identify the labels and the correct procedures to use the device. I bought this primarily for testing my car's electrical system. From a YouTube clip, I found out that you have to test the charge of the battery using the 20V DC mode on the multimeter. But there's no indication of 20V or DC on the face of this multimeter. Enter ChatGPT. I snapped a picture of the device and told it what I wanted to do. It told me that I had to switch to the 20 on the V⎓ symbol side (DC). It also told me how to apply the cables and what to look out for as I tested. Long story short: This is a good device, and can be used like an expert with a little help.

I see that I am not the only one who had this problem. It shows low battery, even after changing the batteries. I have been using it for 4 weeks. Please somehow resolve this issue, since this is a manufacturing defect. Update: Replaced with a working device. It is always nice to see when they care about customers, thank you!
