This is an excellent product, my husband bought one a year ago and commented on how well the battery holds a charge. I bought this one and I love it for keeping in my car, love the set PSI feature hook it up do something else and know that it shuts itself off. It great for any tire, bike etc. Love the rechargeable battery feature. My old one had to be plugged in the car charger and only worked when the car engine was on.

The AstroAl cordless tire inflator is great! Lightweight and runs on a rechargeable battery pack that holds a charge for several months - also includes separate charger to plug into your car. The drill-type control handle has a short hose attached that makes it easy to inflate tires quickly and effortlessly. Everything is contained in a handy carrying case and also includes nozzles for filling other inflatable items. Allows you to set PSI level you want and automatically stops when tire reaches pre-set level. One charge will inflate all four tires. This is the second one I’ve purchased. Original one was purchased a year ago and has come in handy on trips especially when traveling to higher elevation areas with cooler temps that affect tire pressure. Second one was purchased for my daughter’s car to replace a clunky, heavy weight tire air compressor that was too wieldy for her to lug around. This is a great product to keep in your car for emergencies.

Rarely post reviews (this is just my second or third), but the AstroAI tire inflator is really a good product. Bought it over a year ago, looks and handles like a cordless drill, solidly built, fast, accurate, and the lithium battery never dies. Checked it against two pressure gauges, all agree within 0.5 psi. Comes with a 12v adapter you can plug into cigarette lighter (do they still call them cigarette lighters?), but you won't need it. Just used it again today to put aroud 30 psi into four tires, took about ten minutes, and it barely put a dent in the charge (has an led charge indicator on the battery). Wall charger included. Soft zipper case has velcro straps inside to hold everything in place, a bit annoying if you have arthritis, but keeps everything organized. I've tried tire inflators before, they were crap, but this one's a keeper.

The original purpose of my purchase was for use in topping off the air in the tires of my travel trailer without needing to maneuver around a filling station tire pump. This handy tool makes it a breeze! It has no problem filling the tires to 60 psi; it’s easy to adjust the desired pressure, and I love the accuracy of the auto shutoff feature. The battery is simple to charge and has ample capacity to top off 8 car tires and 2 trailer tires on a single charge. I have also used one of the included tips to inflate a 6 ft. Kiddie pool. I used to love using my big air compressor to fill my tires at home. Now I never use my air compressor. This AstroAI Tire Inflator is so much easier! I keep it in one of our cars in a nice waterproof case with other tire maintenance supplies (a patch kit, lug nut sockets, mechanic gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, valve stem tool, valve stems). The zipper on the nylon case that the inflator came with failed, so the new case I bought is a big upgrade. At the end of every month, I top off the tire pressure on all of my vehicles and then charge the inflator. It takes no time to inflate the tires on our Nissan Leaf, Toyota RAV4, or Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's super easy to set the tire pressure and the inflator automatically shuts off when that tire pressure is reached. I checked the pressure with a separate gauge the first few times and it was accurate. It also matches up with the readings from my TPMS. I've used the inflator for the tires on our bicycles and wagon wheels too. It attaches securely to the tire valve. It's not very loud - much, much quieter than my air compressor. I keep foam hearing protection with my other tire supplies, but this inflator is too quiet to require them. I've only used the battery. I've never used the inflator while plugged into a vehicle. I like this inflator so much that I ordered another one for my son. I would have gotten a third for my mother, but she prefers to just drive to my house and have me inflate her tires.

I've been using it for about 4 months so far! Pretty much as described. No issues with pump quality, setting the amount using "+" or "-" buttons for PSI or other metrics. On full battery, wireless can last about 20 minutes as mentioned but only takes 1-2 minutes to do a low tire. It stops when it reaches intended amount of air. Multiple uses before recharging, and can recharge in about 1-2 hours. There is also an adapter for wired car port connection. Easy storage, small enough to store somewhere in car/home/garage at your convenience. Remember to Power it Off when done.
