This product is a) easy to use b) reliable, once its battery is charged, the charge lasts, c) it’s handy. The LED works, the settings are easy to see and easy to use and D) it is versatile. It has one slide-on bottom that contains a battery and a second slide-on that contains an electric cord that can be plugged into a car’s 12 volt outlet. I found the black brick batteries to be unreliable. The charge doesn’t hold anywhere near as well. The unit comes with a carry bag. I found just one small thing to look out for. The head that attaches to the tire valve is connected to the air hose. That connection point must be tightened (it just twists on and off). Unsighted the air coming from the device’s hose will leak and inflation will be slow to happen if it happens at all. Be sure to check that connection before using this.

We purchased two, but have only used one so far. It was easy to use and worked great. Our town has only one gas station with an air compressor that you can set for tire pressure and it's been out of order for months. This beats driving 20 miles to the next town to add air. It's portable, has a rechargeable battery (and option to buy another battery), car lighter power cord, battery charger and it's easy to use.

First of all watch video (google it) before charging the battery. Although it is easy to put together make sure it snaps in place. It will all make sense after receiving instructions. First thing to notice is that is is lightweight with or without the battery installed. Make sure you do a test run before you attempt to go outside to use the inflator as it is noisy. Although you may expect it to be noisy a test try inside will avoid scaring your pets, children and even yourself do death. The light shines very bright for night vision or for personal safety. Please have your PSI information handy (gathered from vehicle manual, inside vehicle door, gas tank or on tire and if possible put a label on battery charger or inflator to keep from having to worry about remembering PSI. The inflator works great and is fast as mentioned. I still keep the tire tube cap in my pocket for safe keeping. The inflator is easy to set the PSI and then just stand up as the inflator stands up on its own. It will automatically shut off when it reaches the PSI you programmed which is especially helpful for personal safety and if you have children in your vehicle. The case while a little flimsy will keep your inflator dust free and keep from accidental cracks. I believe the inflator can be easily used by anyone so a little family training would go a long way in case of an emergency. Some may think it pricey but you are paying for the 20V (quick inflate time) and the confidence that college students or grandparents can use it themselves without having to ask a stranger for help or wait for long periods of time stranded. I much prefer having this inflator and a separate car battery charger as two pieces of equipment so that they are not heavy and can easily fit in glove compartment if need be. Use with confidence after doing a trial run before you need to use it.

A friend showed us her portable compressor and how it worked, so we researched on Amazon for one that fit our budget. This one did. My father always had an air compressor and I grew up checking PSI, adding air to tires and rechecking the PSI. Add air, let air out, add, decrease until we got the right pressure. This makes it SO simple. Set the PSI you need, pop the fitting onto your tire stem, push the button and wait until the correct pressure is reached. The compressor automatically stops, and you move on to the next tire. Have now bought two as gifts. Here's hoping it lasts a long time.
