Do not buy from this retailer. The item we received had very clearly been opened, used, and returned. The packaging had wear and literal tear that could only have come from being previously opened, and there was no tape anywhere on the packaging. I wouldn't be shocked if the item we got was the very same one that another review got. I bought this product back in July. Late July to be exact July 24. It doesn’t even work anymore. Won’t charge won’t turn on. Just basically sits there. Would not recommend! Worked from april until now sept 22 2024. Same issue that thousand have had. They make great keyboards and mice but avoid their headsets . No connection will not update headset firmware, version 0.0.0 is what everyone's says...bad bad bad. waste of cash. I will never buy their headsets again.

I love the sound and comfort...The top part of the headband kept popping off after a few months of use. The base wouldn't always connect, so I'd have to unplug the wire, and plug it back in every so often just for the A50 to connect. After a while, the base stopped working...Not sure why a $200+ headset has all these issues, but I'll go with a different brand next time. ... show more

For the price, this headset should just work. Issues with connecting to Xbox, firmware update failure and lack of true tech support to remedy this are why I'm giving it one star. Save yourself the headache and try a different brand.
