I've owned A10s and A40s for years but never had made the jump to wireless until now. The great thing about this headset is that I've had no connection issues, quality of both the build and the sound is phenomenal (even with the little tuning that is available), and the ability to jump between my phone laptop and ps5 without a click of a button is the real icing on the cake. I am a huge Star Wars fan and luckily had my A10s of nearly 6 years die out on me to warrant this purchase! So let me begin by saying that this gaming headset is phenomenal. I’m coming from using old turtle beach headsets to the A30s and omg the sound quality is excellent. I’ve used them for COD so far but I’m 100% sure that these will deliver not matter what I play. Footsteps are loud but not too bass heavy and the sound it’s very much immersive. The build off the headphones is great and they are comfortable. I gamed all night with zero ear fatigue, the mic is not the best but it’s definitely not the worst. I love being able to switch from Xbox mode to pc, I work from home so using them for work is awesome. The Bluetooth connectivity is great also. Playing games and listening to music simultaneously is cool. Honestly overall these headsets were a great buy and I’m happy as hell I got them. They look great sound and sound great. If you’re looking to buy a headset that has general wireless connectivity along with Bluetooth these are the way to go. These will not disappoint ... show more

The simply issue that you can you it with your phone and a gaming console or pc does it for me. It also has a built in mic. It is not surround sound. But it sounds great.

I’ve had this headset for a little over a month and a half, and it’s great! Good battery life, nice mic quality and sound. It’s really comfortable too! The only “bad” thing I have to say is when it dies, I have a backup wired headset to use. But because it assigns the headset to your Xbox account, you have to take out the usb receiver to use another headset. A very minute thing, but still kinda annoying nonetheless. The wireless A20's is honestly the best headset I've ever owned and they are not ridiculously priced. Super comfortable ear pieces with a lot of room. Sound quality is amazing just be sure that all the settings on your system are set correctly to the A20's. I have been using this headset in conjunction with my Xbox and family TV for gaming for over a year. The product has sufficient sound quality that is plenty loud, it goes much louder then my preference. When in use, the padding and sound also sufficiently cancel out surrounding noises to experience good game play. Connecting to my Xbox is a matter of plugging in a USB style dongle and turning the head phones on, be sure the Xbox sound goes to the headphones (in settings). The headphones charge through a usb C port at the base of one ear and take only a few hours to charge. The charge will last me several days of game play, they advertise 15hours, and I would agree that I get about 15hours out of each charge, maybe more. At the end of each charge the user will hear a beep letting you know that the headphones are low in power. I find that I have at least a game or two before they fail once the beeping begins (Fortnite games). This is my second set of this brand of headphones, I gave up on my first set after 3+ years of use. They began to have static in the sound making game play painful. I have had no issues with this second set, any dropping of sound or static usually means that the USB dongle has come loose and needs to be pulled out and placed back into the port on the Xbox, a very rare event.
