But I absolutely love this headset! The settings, the sound quality, and the battery life are amazing! I dont know if maybe its a luck thing, but I hit 21 cause they were basically brand new 😁 they are incredibly comfortable and the bounceback to hear myself talk is perfect 👌 and the stuff this thing can do I love it! I place it down it shuts itself off until I pick it up again and theres a spot on the charger dock that tells you where the battery is im in love 🤣 the only thing bad i could say, is the box was a little scratched up. So I bought this headset and the headset was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks the day it was to arrive I check my account and my money was returned with no answer or reason why so I bought it again from a different seller this seller and the same thing my money was held and the day it was to arrive my money is returned my money was held or basically tied up for a month just simply trying to buy a headset that's a quite bit of money to be tied up for no reason I'm very upset and disappointed so I reached out for some sort of answer or help at this point they direct me to Amazon and say it was sold through them so I contact Amazon and they have no answers and say it shows here in the shipping process and everything's okay but everything wasn't because each time the product was to arrive it never would and the money would go back into my account so at this point I got fed up with trying to buy it from Amazon so I went to eBay to buy one and all of the sudden after I buy one off of eBay amazon takes out money from my account and yet I already have one on the way from eBay so now about close to $800 is taking out from my account with the 2 order's one from eBay and Amazon. I'm very upset and disappointed with all of that then the headset arrives and wont connect to my console the base station is all marked up that is not just a damaged box product its much more than that i understand why its not connecting.!! ... show more

Son got these to replace his Turtle Beach headphones, says there is an option to hear yourself, where as the steel series are not capable of doing that. PRO: 1. Shipped gas lighting fast. 2. For used / renewed, they are like new. 3. Sound is great and has all the features of a more expensive pair. CON: 1. Price was still very high for a set of headphones. 2. These have been the most highly recommended headsets for me to buy for years now. My friends gaming have claimed lots of great things about these headsets. Whether they be features, quality, comfort, and the surround sound given on these. My best friend had a set of these that I tried for a week and I loved them! Compared to all cheap headsets, this is the best high price purchase I have EVER made for headsets. And if this review doesn't say enough for my fellow gamers. I really wanted a wireless headset that I could use for gaming and general media usage, that would also last me a good while. I had a couple of friends recommend the A50 so I purchased it. I have used it intermittently over the past three years, although I did have it boxed for most of 2020 while I used an old wired set. I boxed them because I had gotten extremely frustrated with the need for constant coddling. 1. Seating it firmly in the charger can be a freaking nightmare. I felt like my set had ONE sweet spot and being 1/4 of a mm off would make the difference between charging or being expensive earmuffs. 2. Quirky network connection. I frequently had to adjust the channel to a sub 100 channel, and even then it often required me to reconnect. 3. Sound would die for no apparent reason, a lot. Every day. While using, I always knew at some point I would have to restart, re-pair, reconnect, reconfigure. Sometimes it would resolve with a turn of the head, or a lean to one side or the other. I visualized the wireless signal from my router to my headset as a broken string and that slow lean would let the broken ends reconnect around tiny piece of dust that had severed their link. The power of my imagination could not solve this, sadly. I eventually suspected a faulty hardware connection or something that would slowly resolve itself because I was waving it around so much while doing the above troubleshooting. 4. The microphone was dreadful. On discord and teamspeak, friends would always tell me it was cutting out, they could not hear me, was a fan running in the background? was I on a train? was it raining? etc etc. This is the main reason I ended up using a wired headset: it's not a lot of fun gaming with friends if I can't TALK to any of them. 5. When it worked, the sound was great. The headset was comfortable. 6. I might have returned it, but I live in a rural area, rarely drive into city where I could find a drop-off location, and I refused to make some poor driver come out to my house to pick it up. 7. The continual getting up and down to troubleshoot the headset alleviated any concern I had about developing a DVT from sitting too long! While I can't recommend this headset, I do note other people were fortunate enough to have no problems at all. So, like anything else in life, weigh the pros and cons and make the best decision you can. ... show more
