Randomly stops working. Sometimes it's because of the stupid base station, sometimes it's because it needs to update in the app. Base station charging is very difficult to use, you will have to shove it in and wiggle it around until it magically starts charging. Top cushion piece completely fell off after only several months of light usage, can only be reattached by supergluing it back in. Loose pieces in earphone when listening to bass, causing irritating buzzing sounds. Just buy some bluetooth headphones or something, this thing is literal scrapware. ... show more

i had steel series arctis 7x’s and upgrading to astros was a great decision. the sound positioning and volume is noticeably better. my only complaints are that it took awhile to set up because dolby audio wasn’t registering the free subscription that comes with the headset and it wasn’t allowing me to switch to dolby in my settings. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy refurbed but they came in with original box and all original pieces. The headset hasn’t had one hiccup and was even already updated out of the box. Highly recommend.

    • Bad headset not worth it
Sound was very bass based and loud if you like it that way. The price wasn't really worth it since it literally died on me less than a year later so bad battery. The mic was bad and whenever I turned my Xbox on I had to replug the station in so functions were bad, uncomfortably heavy as well.
