    • Great Headset
Don’t leave reviews often but the headset’s awesome. You Can’t beat the price, quality is amazing and yeah. There’s a mixer built into the headset!

    • DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET
This headset is absolute garbage, ive had it for less than 3 quarters of a year and it has had more issues than I can count. The foam head piece is constantly coming undone and needs to be glued in every time, you cant charge the headset without having the most recent update so if it dies and a new update comes out it will straight up not charge. At random times it will have static noises for long periods with no fix then randomly go away. on top of that the bolts are always coming undone and they are tiny so if you lose one then the deadest useless. Dont buy this headset, it is absolutely horrid. ... show more

    • Bought renewed, well worth it
Straight out of the box, they looked almost brand new. The mic was nice and crisp, very comfortable and only used about 10% battery after 2-3hrs of gameplay. There was a small issue with the headband but common to the a50s. Very pleased and great buy

    • best headphones i have used for gaming yet!
absolutely loves these headphones! I hated the cord when playing COD and this worked perfectly. The charger works great, and I have yet to have the battery run out while playing!

    • Arrived dead
This is why buying renewed products is such a hit or missed. Unfortunately this was a miss for me on this product. When I set up the product, I did an overview of everything. On the physical side, everything seem to be fine. There were a couple scratches here and there but nothing too serious. However, when I actually plug everything in, the flaws were pretty visible. While the basestation seems to be working, the headset on the other hand, was not. No sound out of the headset at all. I've tried everything and nothing seems to be working. My suspicion is that there is an LED on the power button signaling the battery level for the headset and as soon as I pick it up from the basestation, the light turns off. There are also a lot of different lights on the basestation and from what I can see from reviews of the product, those lights are suppose to remain on even after removing the headset on the basestation. However, for me, those turn off immediately after I remove it. Overall, horrible experience and it's safe to say Amazon "renewed guarantee has the same likelihood of being true as me being president of the US in 2024. ... show more
