Review Image by Astra
Bought 6 months ago. Only two and half complaints. 1: Don’t stay on you’re noggin that good. 2: Bluetooth will disconnect and sometimes doesn’t reconnect for, some reason. Not the end of the world. 2.5: I think the double beep, means it’s low on battery( or possibly bad connection). But I wish the whole.. “vocal interface” it has, was a lower volume. When you turn it on, off, when it talks to you. Etc. Little louder then I’d like. Bluetooth and console/pc actually at once, not just two completely separate channels you have to manually select one of the other of(like the xm6). So like, snowrunner with YouTube running in the background. Or Spotify. ( if you’re not doing it through the console) Haven’t had issue with controls or durability. No “pla” or rubber flaking yet. Easy to use, everyday. The muffs although they’re not noise canceling, are good at blocking out an expected amount, seeing as it’s just muffs. Decently adjustable, but not anything “cool” or innovative. Just simple stuff, which works. They just don’t stay on your head. If you go to pick something up, expect them to come off. Just put them around your neck if you’re not gonna be in the chair. Or just be mindful. Not a big deal. Little bulky but they’re not heavy. Sound? Great. Nothing audilefile. But sufficient and then some. It’s got that little.. “hearing” mode? Pretty sure it “focuses the sound”, a little bit. Mostly towards trebles. High pitched. Kind of gives them, more.. depth? And then there’s all the preset equalizers. Plus you can also have it were, you can hear yourself. All without an app. It’s all built in. Battery is also great. Hardly have to charge it. Charge while I sleep if it’s running low. Overall… 4.5 out of 5. Giving it a five. The issues are honestly quite trivial. Oh and I’ve not had any complaints about the mic. When asked I’m told it’s good. I use them daily, and enjoy them. Edit- roughfully a month later. Sometimes one side will go out. Usually the “Bluetooth” control side. Forgot about that. Just turning them in and off fixes that issue. ... show more

    • Great Sound Easy Mic Control and Excellent Noise Isolation
Color: Cobalt
This is a great gaming headset with excellent sound quality and the ability to block out surrounding noise. I really like the flip-to-mute microphone, which activates as soon as you lower it and mutes when you flip it back up. Bluetooth works well on PC, but I've found the included wireless dongle provides a better connection. There's also a convenient adjustment dial on the headset that lets you control how much outside noise and your own voice you can hear. Overall, it's a very versatile headset with useful features, and I've been happy with it. ... show more

    • Most Frustrating Headset Ever
Color: Cobalt
Do not buy this headset. Unless you want to constantly deal with repairing and connection issues. Every review is right. They are great headsets when they work. Problem is I have to factory reset the headsets every few weeks. They have to be repaired repeatedly. I have done all the troubleshooting. I have removed the headset and receivers from my home while pairing the other one. For some reason they constantly disconnect. They switch xboxs and regularly disconnect from my PC. Connecting to a PC via USB drops the ability to route sounde through Bluetooth. There is no cost mixer on USB despite having two audio channels. I have grown increasingly frustrated with these headsets since day one. I have requested a refund from Turtle Beach as I am past the return window. I am buying a different headset. I bought them June 19th 2026 and by 0ctober 12th I have had enough problems to make me replace them. I know I won't get my money back as they are designed to allow multiple receivers to pair with them. I just wish they told you there is no way to control it and it will happen mid game. ... show more

    • Great headset A+
Color: Cobalt
I have had this headset for over a year, and the sound quality is amazing and overall build structure. The initial software setup took some time with the 2 receivers (setup) on pc and Xbox. Watching a YouTube video helped :) The app works better than the previous TB apps. I did have to upgrade the earpads after my left earpad began to tear after about a year of use. I should have been more careful. The replacement aftermarket earpads I purchased are much better quality and comfort. Overall, this is great headset for the price. ... show more

    • Solid headset with convenient features
Color: Cobalt
I’ve owned these for about a week now, and I am very satisfied with these so far. I have a few pairs of good headphones, but I wanted something that plays nice wirelessly with my Xbox. The construction and materials are solid - plastic, but very sturdily built with pleather earpads that feel comfortable on my ears. This is heavier than a lot of headsets, but due to the weight distribution and comfy earpads I don’t personally feel the weight as much. The sound is quality - these are not “audiophile” cans but the 60mm drivers provide a good sound with solid bass and sub bass - could be better but for the price they are solid. The mic is similarly solid - not studio quality by any means but more than good for team chat in game. No issues with Bluetooth connection so far. Where this headset really shines is the dual connectivity between my Xbox and a second device - I can easily take calls or listen to audio on my phone while also playing a game. The audio mix can be adjusted with dials on the side of the headphones - a great feature that is super convenient. Some have complained about the software for the equalizer and the various features such as superhuman hearing (which really just turns the bass down low and cranks the treble and mids up) - I don’t have any issues with it. Works fine for my needs. Overall - if you are looking for a headset that is convenient and super simple to set up, would reccomend. ... show more

These headphones are great. I've had them for about 10 months and had zero issues. They are comfortable after hours of gaming. The sound quality is great, with no lag or delay. The battery lasts forever on them. Would recommend.

    • a must for 2 simultaneous audio sources
Color: Black
Stop thinking and buy this. I have a number other headsets, some for work, and some for gaming - including Logitech Lightspeed G733, Bose Quiet Comforts, a nice Razer, a bunch of cheap ones, and more. But if you are trying to use multiple sources SIMULTANEOUSLY, then this is the one for you. It's the right balance between comfortable, quality audio, easy to use, and affordable. It's got simple yet powerful controls, it can connect via 2 included 2.4ghz dongles, plus Bluetooth, and the mic mute function is spectacular (just flip it up). I fell in love with this within 15 minutes and I've never looked back. I wish I had found it sooner, but I thought of other brands as being higher quality. I was wrong. I use this with a bluetooth connection to my Yealink office phone and with a 2.4 connection to my PC - plus the other USB dongle can move from gaming system (or other computer) as needed. I can talk to someone on the phone while listening to a video on my PC (sometimes needed for work). I can independently adjust the volumes. That being said "super human hearing mode" is only useful for games as far as I can tell. Also, you can't control the priority of the microphone. If you are using it with the 2.4ghz dongle, say for a Teams meeting, and then you get a bluetooth call. The blueooth call connects to the mic and the meeting loses it. You still hear audio from both though. And as soon as you disconnect from the the call, the 2.4 dongle gets the mic again. Perhaps giving you that control would make the headset far more complicated, but it was the only part that took me a couple minutes to figure out. ... show more
