This is one of the few headsets Ive had that truly takes a *long* time of consistent wear (8+ hours) before it started to feel uncomfortable on the top of my head. Only downside is the size adjustment isn't as customizable as headsets with the elastic bands so Im not able to get it quite as snug as I'd prefer. The audio quality & volume control is great, love being able to have my phone and PC connected at the same time. Works right out of the box no annoying installation or driver issues on PC. I like that it comes with two USB dongle so I can plug one into my Xbox and one into my PC and switch back-and-forth instantly. I think it’s cool that the Mike commutes by just flipping it up into the headset instead of pressing a button. The battery lasts a decent time on the sound qualities pretty good. I would say they are not as comfortable as the gen 2 but still comfortable..The sound is solid and the headphones feel premium...However they sometimes won't connect to the xbox on the first time making me have to turn them off and on again...But overall a solid headphone

This is quite literally the worst headset that i've ever had the displeasure of owning. it sounds terrible. right out of the box, it sounds like i'm listening to a radio from the 1970s. after I downloaded the Swarm II app, i fixed the audio. i just don't understand why, right out of the box, it sounds so terrible that I have to download an app to fix it. i've had connection issue after connection issue. i'm using this with PC. i've had to download four updates for this headset, and there's still more. each update takes like 10 minutes and fails repeatedly. i have to unplug all of my other bluetooth devices for it to even progress in the update, and then it takes forever. and then when you finally think you're getting somewhere with the update, the percentage of the update goes down. the headset will randomly disconnect from the usb and needs constantly reset. sometimes it will not connect to the usb at all. i've never had any issues like this with any other bluetooth headset that i've owned. this is so beyond frustrating because I expected so much out of this headset. I was really excited for this. this is the most expensive headset that i've ever owned, and it was supposed to be the nicest. you would think that for an almost $200 headset that I wouldn't be experiencing so many issues. i am beyond disappointed and extremely frustrated. my ps5 headset works better on my pc than this one, and its double the price. ... show more

This headset has awesome sound, and the 80hr battery life is incredible. It comes with two usb transmitters, which is unheard of in todays market. The fact that I can seamlessly switch between my Xbox and my PC with the press of a button, is very convenient. The headset can be used independently on my Xbox and PC as well, so I don't have to keep them both turned on. I bought the Xbox version, because it's compatible with the Xbox, PC, and PlayStation. The other version are not compatible with Xbox. The 60mm drivers produce phenomenal sound, and the settings for the equalizer can be customized in the Swarm 2 software. Swarm 2 is also available as a phone app, and you can change the settings on the fly. The only issue I have is with the update process through the apps. It's a little quirky, and you have to have your phone, headset, and both transmitters connected while updating. I didn't have any issues while updating, but it is a much different process than what I am accustomed to. The headset is extremely comfortable, and doesn't crimp your head. The ear cushions have leatherette on the outside, and a nice cloth fabric for the part that touches your ear. This keeps my ears from sweating, and makes those lengthy gaming sessions more comfortable. I highly recommend this product and I don't think you will find better sound in a $200 headset. Now for the bad on the delivery and order fulfillment. I returned the one I received from Amazon, and reordered a headset from Turtle Beach directly. The one I received from Amazon was thrown in a bag and shipped. Electronic items should always be shipped and packaged in a box. The top right corner of the product box was creased, and two of the seals were broken. It was a defective unit that had been previously returned. The transmitter for the Xbox could not be detected by my Series X. This is not the first time I have received an open defective product from Amazon, when I thought I was purchasing a new one. I did return the product and the refund was promptly completed. I purchased the item on sale, and during the return process there was no option for an exchange. The sale was over by the time my return was completed, so I was unable to take advantage of it. Great headset with horrible fulfillment. ... show more
