Description

Steel Legend represents the philosophical state of rock-solid durability and irresistible aesthetics. Built around most demanding specs and features, the Steel Legend series aims at daily users and mainstream enthusiasts! Providing a strong array of materials/components to ensure a stable and reliable performance. Whether you are using headphones, a headset, external or internal speakers, via USB, Wi-Fi, analog output or even HDMI, Nahimic Audio offers you the most engaging listening experience, vibrant and rich with details. Who ever said that only K series CPUs and the Z-family platform are capable of being performed with maximum power. Via ASRock BFB (Boost Frequency Boost) Technology, users may install their non K series CPUs to ASRock’s 400 series motherboards (even non Z models) and enjoy the base frequency boost with the hidden power of processors immediately. While ASRock BFB breathes life into non K series CPUs and non Z series motherboards, the boost frequency currently still depends on the cooling system applied on your rig.

  • Budget Motherboard
Budget motherboard used in an HTPC. It was relatively cheap considering the times we are in. Nothing spectacular but it gets the job done. Currently using an i5-10400, 2x 8GB of ram and and AMD 6770 Pros: Budget board with a great price at the time of ordering Has RGB Has M.2 capabilites Cons: Has RGB although it can only be turned on or off Max ram speed is 2933. I ordered some budget ram to accompany this build and its advertised speed was 3200 so I am losing a little bit of performace since I am using this board. ... show more

  • Good Board but with some design flaws
I mean it works well but I have some complaints about design choices. First of all it has the slot on the motherboard for the a wifi m.2 module but to actually run the wires for the antenna is a pain to do. The least they could is include the wires for it, I had to buy my own and it was hard to know what was going to be long enough. You have to remove this giant heatsink that covers the io ports on the board so you can get these antenna wires to the bracket which is not included in the instructions manual. Related: my wifi module seems much slower now plugged directly to the board than it was on the pcie expander card. Moving on to second complaint: By default the leds on to motherboard are set to always on (even when the computer is off)... This is one of the dumbest things Ive ever heard. Mind you I bought this like 6 months ago at this point but if I remember correctly you had to update the bios before you could find a setting to turn this off and I had to dig to find this out. I only need my computer lit up like that if its on thanks. Other than those things, I did notice that the mounting holes for the mobo to the case didnt line up to all the holes partly because of the weird shape of the right edge of the board so there's no support there which could be an issue, so be careful attaching cables and components. ... show more

  • Almost Perfect!
Fantastic packaging, came with a foam border in order to prevent it from breaking. Rgb is amazing and you can turn it on and off at your leisure. The down side is that the motherboard was shipped without a internet controller driver. The lack of driver caused my pc to be unable to connect to the internet. In order to update the driver you need a connection to the internet. THANKFULLY I had a roommate with a pc lmao. It also only took a few minutes to update the system, so I only took off a star for potential issues that another person would have when purchasing this product and so that the seller/company would realize this problem. ... show more

  • Great for what it is
It's a pretty good motherboard, for being a B series and coming at around $100 its quite impressive the features it comes with. I was able to use both of my addressable RGB fans since it comes with two headers, the design is real nice and modern. It also comes with 2 NVME m.2 slots, so that's also really good. I'd say that really the only downfall of this mobo is that it's b460. Max ram speed is only 2933 (and only 2666 for core i3 and maybe core i5 too!), and you can't overclock. Other than that, it's a great m-atx board, and I would be confident putting up to an Intel 10600 in there, maybe even a 10700. ... show more

  • Great budget board!
So far so good! I love the leds on the side! Sometimes the leds do get frozen though, and the bios is very confusing to turn on TPM for windows 11. Otherwise, I like it!

  • Just one complaint, and it’s cosmetic.
Good motherboard and all just some small complaints. The metal covers around the CPU makes it hard to put on any CPU cooling fan other than the stock Intel cooling fan. If they were moved even a millimeter back I wouldn’t have had to take them off and put them back on just to install a cpu cooling fan. Other than that it’s a good little motherboard. ... show more

  • Great little motherboard for the price.
I won an i9-10900K in a giveaway, and needed a motherboard for it to replace my old Z370 board because I was on a Coffee Lake platform. I didn't want to buy a motherboard that, well, actually belongs with an i9, and bought this instead. I was pleasantly surprised at this $100 motherboard's ability to handle a 10 core 125W behemoth. No issues so far, just booted right up with previous install after some Windows diagnostics. VRM temps are normal. I'm pretty disappointed at the lack of being able to customize the RGB on the board, but oh well, I just turned it off. ... show more

  • It's built for gammers
I have built three computers so far and decided to go with this motherboard this time. I wasn't disappointed. the price is right and I added a 2 Tb SSD and a water cooler and 32 Gb of RAM, it's unstoppable.
