Amazing sound!!
Purchased this for Ryzen 2600 build. I know. 3600 came out but 2600 got huge discount and I just can't say no to price drop. So far board is very stable, accepts DDR4 3200mhz without any problem, and fancy RBG LED light on the board is pretty cool to look at. However, I have to mention that this board has one of the best on-board sound system ever. Yes, it only has weak ALS 892, but smart design choice like segregating audio chipset to minimize interference and Japanese Nichicon Capacitor really make a HUGE difference. It is a HUGE, HUGE upgrade from my previous dell, and it sounds actually better than Soundblaster system. I'm not kidding. It really has amazing sound even at neutral EQ setting. Play around with EQ and you will say 'holy c$#$ is this really from ALS892?' It also has digital optical input for those who have optical cable supporting speakers. Again, board is stable, looks good, and all the features are working as advertised. But man, this really has some god-like on-board sound.

Best all around board at this price point for looks and performance, rgb controller works fine now!
Was very happy with this board especially at this price. Pros: Looks good Works good Uefi is ok, easy to OC everything The vrm heatsinks are good, stays acceptably cool Good I/O selection (has USB type C, plenty of USB 3 Decent audio Cons: Hmmmmmmmmm.... Well first, the "polychrome" software is CRAP, but if your savvy you will eventually get it to work. But for me I finally got everything aRGB synched, the fans, the ram, the board etc, then the very next day the boards LEDS and everything synched to it wouldn't turn on. After a semi competent conversation with asrock, it seems the RGB controller itself is no longer working, so I no longer am able to sync anything and the Mobo lights just don't work. CRAP. JUST AFTER WARRANTY. If you use the lower of the two M.2 slots (the SATA one), be aware it shares it's SATA lane with SATA port #3, so you cannot plug an SSD/HDD into SATA port 3 AND have a SATA M.2 installed, it's one or the other, so if you plan to use that m.2 port you effectively lose one of the few SATA ports. Not sure if that's on all boards or what but it's kind of lame. No wifi option, I bought a good adapter and Intel WiFi/Bluetooth m.2 card, works great ($30) This is still the best looking board at this price, however the asrock quality should be a topic of consideration if you really care about the aRGB stuff. I will have a really hard time picking asrock in the future. EDIT: SO after a year, i finally decide to try asrocks ploychrome asrrgbled cant decide on name software, and guess what. Firmware updates automatically after starting up the program, and guess what happened? Go ahead, after reading my review, guess. MOBO LIGHTS! Are back on. Check out my review on the cpu cooler ive used the entire time, its the UpHere 5v argb one, you'll see my pictures there. I highly recommend that cooler and matching case fans. I give this board a bump from 3-5 stars for full functionality. It's asrocks software that should get 1 star.

Worked out of the box with Ryzen 3000
Can't speak for each board, but the one I ordered direct from Amazon in early August worked out of the box with Ryzen 3000. Had a sticker indicating as such outside. The board itself is one of the best B450s, it doesn't get mentioned much because it came out later. Only issue would be that the VRM cooling is only decent, not great. If you're going to use this board with an 8-core and also overclock, you *may* need either a blower style CPU cooler (like the Ryzen Wraith models) or a top or side mounted fan. BIOS work well, easy to manage everything. Audio quality is FANTASTIC for a cheap board, this needs to be stressed as a selling point. RGB is easy to configure, plenty of settings or you can just turn it off. I have mine set to just white since I have an RL06 with white fans.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Looks great in my computer case. Love the RGB lighting. Not a single problem with this board. Bios are easy to navigate.

Very Solid MOBO!
Very well packaged, great build quality, Compatible with Ryzen out the box. Will buy again. Update - 7/15/2019 - There seems to be a bug with the built-in on board RGB lighting. They work fine but when i power off the system those lights stay on. They only turn off when the power switch to the PSU is off. Hopefully AsRock will patch this or have a BIOS update to fix. Overall, i am still pleased with this MOBO.
