We got this bed frame in 2020 to replace our previous one that was of low quality. This frame is great! It arrived in a few (heavy) boxes, but was well protected. Assembly took about an hour, but while assembling it you can actually see the quality and sturdiness of the product. All holes lined up and hardware included worked as advertised. This frame has held up to three years of two people and a dog (and a few cats) on it, as well as a cross country move. When we moved it was east to break down into manageable sections to load in the truck. It is still as solid as it was day one, and doesn’t wobble or make noise when you get in and out of bed. We have gotten lots of compliments and aside from a few scratches from normal wear and tear it still looks like new. This is a great bedframe and I highly recommend it!!

When they manufactured the product in Indonesia, 4 rivet nuts were not included. I was unable to properly attach the head board to the rails and the foot board. Because 4 rivet nuts aren’t in the parts list with a letter assigned, they basically told me they couldn’t send me those. It’s really time consuming having to chase down and drive 1 hour round trip to get 4 rivet nuts. Kinda lousy and the bed is useless without them. They also didn’t send me a “lettered part” for a matching night stand. They’ll send me that because it has a “letter”. My question is why are things missing from my orders? And why don’t they treat it like a valid customer concern? The furniture is sold a very nice- I won’t mention the issues with the bed slats but they are too long and will need to be cut and redrilled. I just kinda sux that they say it’s not their problem when it’s their supplier, not mine. Because customer service matters, I’d say don’t buy from them, if you want all the parts shipped with the furniture.Too bad because I would have been interested in buying the same furniture for all 3 bedrooms in my house. Do the math.

Ordered this in Queen size for 9-10” Tuft & Needle mattress and will need to get a boxspring/foundation that can sit on the 3 slats. I liked the look of this but didn’t like that details on the listing didn’t provide dimensions or more photos of the frame without a mattress or anything. It arrived in 4 boxes and all were well packaged and nothing arrived missing, broken, or damaged. Straightforward directions provided and even extra parts included. Issue I am facing is trying to find a box spring for a foam mattress that isn’t seen up over the edge of the top of the footboard (which preferably allows some room to sort of keep my mattress from sliding off the foot of the bed). So, about 10” from top of slats to top of footboard. On the flip side, you’d need a box/mattress height combo of around 18” to cover the gap underneath the bottom edge of headboard. Hope that helps.

I was a little worried about buying a bed online but I’m so glad I took the chance in this one! It’s just a little bit tricky to put together but turned out beautifully! We went from queen size to king and we’re loving the extra room! The bed is very sturdy—no shaking or squeaking. The only “problem” we had was with the delivery. It comes in several different boxes and one came a day later than the rest. I called the seller to find out about the missing box and they were very helpful and friendly.

We purchased this bed after looking at a lot of different places. The deciding factor was the free delivery compared to the $175 we'd spend at a big box furniture store. Yes we'd have to put it together but seemed well worth the savings. It came in 4 boxes and was much lighter than we were hoping for. Now time to unbox and put it together. This took 2 of us 30-40 minutes. Outside of lining up the bolts for the rails and making sure the washers could actually get to where they were supposed to be, this was an EASY process. Directions were about as specific as you've come to expect when it comes to furniture assembly but much better than say IKEA. The look is very clean and nice. It is a little lighter than you'd expect as most of the "wood" is pretty thin. It feels very sturdy. The biggest downside of it would be the fact it is very very very low. If you want to put anything under the bed it better be small. We previously had a very heavy and large sleigh bed that had met its time and going from that bed to this is at least an 8-10 inch difference in getting up in the morning. Other than busting my elbow on the side table every time my alarm goes off it isn't a huge issue, but good to know. ***Edit after use*** This bed has an extremely big flaw. One of the rails is seamed together right where a cross bar support sits. It is now split and is only a matter of time before the entire side rail splits now. So bed hunting we go again. ***edit after speaking with the manufacturer *** Sorry we can not sale replacement parts once it is out of warranty. Which is 30 days! Your product you believe in so much you will stand behind for 30 days?! Well $400+ down the drain. Amazon should only sell products for companies that have some spine.

Such a beautiful bed. Great quality. I wish the head board continued all the way down, but other than that I couldn't be happier. Just a little note, YOU WILL NEED A BOX SPRING. I have seen a lot of reviewers on here say that a boxspring is unnecessary, and I am not sure what they are talking about. We got a 12 inch mattress, with a 9 inch box spring, and the mattress just barely comes up above where the headboard starts. If you do not get a box spring, not only will your mattress get ruined from sagging between the two support beams across the bottom of the frame - but you will also have a huge gap between the mattress and the bottom of the headboard.
