The step depth is narrow. I have small feet but stillโ€ฆ it is ok for a quick lift but donโ€™t get if you plan on standing on it for long periods or need it constantly. It would annoy me otherwise. OverLl great quality and easy to fold up and place behind the door, closet or under a bed.

Who doesn't need a step ladder every now and again? We had an old, clunky, ugly one and I redid my laundry room with tall cabinets and decided a new step ladder was in order. Absolutely love this as it is both pretty and functional. Folds right up and is hidden between my cabinets and washer and the gold is pretty with my gold cabinet pulls and light fixture. Note - it is more of a champagne gold not a warm brass gold but I do not keep it on display. Given the choice between white, black, or gold at the same pricepoint it was gold for this gal!
